   Without question the worst mc Donald’s I have ever visited in any country. It’s my own fault that allow myself to regularly have my ear twisted by my 5 year old and end up frequenting the place but it astounds me how these guys almost invariably mange to mess up orders. At least 90% of the time when driving though I have to park up and then have to wait a minimum of 17 minutes and 31 seconds (that’s my shortest wait ever), for the food to come out. When it arrives that food is, (and I’ve done the maths), not what was ordered 64.7% of the time. These guys have the most advanced and sophisticated QSR order management system on the planet, it is no exaggeration to say that you would have to try hard to mess this up as badly as they do. I run multiple QSR’s with software far inferior to what they have and we rarely mess it up. It takes a very kjnd of special to be this bad.

   Absolutely awful experience. I ordered ahead on the app, but still had to wait 15 minutes on drive thru, there was only one car ahead of me in the queue. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for the food to be cooked. In total 45 minutes between placing my order and recieving my food. They weren't even busy...

   We, all three of us, waited patiently for our food as it appeared very busy so we assumed there would be a bit of a wait but after 40 minutes we asked where our food was and when we got it, it was apparent that it must have just been sitting in the kitchen for over half an hour. The food was stone cold! We asked a member of staff to take it back & requested for the food to be hot. Less than 3 minutes & our food was back but still cold it appeared to be slightly heated up in the microwave. We had to request another time for new hot food. Unfortunately my son by this time was so hungry he opted to eat his burger cold. My partner & I were loosing our appetite by this time and my patience. We were made fresh burgers and even then some ingredients were missing from the fresh burger! We were extremely disappointed and we didn't really enjoy our meal which cost just over £30.

   Not sure why they have a drive through, you always have to park and service is very slow. Possibly due to what I assume is an ongoing food fight in the kitchen, judging by the state of the food.

   Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Food is always wrong, cold or completely forgotten about plus you are always waiting ages. Ordered on just eat and waited over 2hrs for the rider to turn up with our drinks side ways which of course resulted in all of the drinks spilling out…basically meaning we paid for a bunch of plastic cups to turn up to our door and whatever was left wasn’t even worth having. This also resulted in the food being soggy and horrible practically making anything left unpleasant. Not only that they also completely forgot one of quarter pounder meals and gave us no dips. We were so infuriated by this that we DROVE to the McDonald’s making ordering it completely pointless…and explained to the employee and manager that this was ridiculous and showed them photos and just wanted to get the order again and nothing more which would simply solve the problem. To then be told that it’s nothing to do with McDonald’s and they did their part but they “understand my frustration“ and to simply redeem it on the app meaning we spent £40+ to wait over 2hrs for a bag of inedible food with no drinks and wasted petrol going there.

   Easily found on the retail park just off of the roundabout. There's a drive through available. We went in for breakfast and we found the service to be fast and efficient. The toilets were clean too. I cannot fault this Mc Donald's!! Do note, the car park outside currently has lots of pot holes !! ( March 23 )

   If this place closes down it deserves it. What’s the point in having a drive through? You’ve always got to park up for 20 minutes. I know I’ll get a drive through breakfast today because I’m in a rush.......... nope, park up for 10 minutes. If your not fit for purpose then close down! It’s all the time!! Guaranteed they always forgot something too. How?? Your menu is simple and you’ve been doing it for 60+ years!! Same with food deliveries from here.

   Until recently I would have given them a strong 4/5. I don't know what's happened but over the last few weeks it's been absolute chaos. People have been waiting over 45 minutes or more and more times than nine, the food has been ready but either not called out taken out to those parked outside. We as well as many others end up with cold food. It's beyond me why the food is just sitting there getting cold and not taken out.

   This 24/7 Mc Donald’s saved me when my ferry arrived 4 AM and while waiting for the train for an hour. A pity they only start the breakfast dishes at 5 AM not before ! Never mind, got a Big Mac and it was excellent !
