Ordered our meal at 17:20 today. Was told it would be 1 hour. Complained on phone how late it was at 19:00. The lady on the phone had really terrible customer service, and basically just said sorry. Didn't offer anything complimentry. We spent Β£100 and still had to buy prawn crackers. It came at 19:40, and order was missing things. We told them about this and was told we'd have to pay extra to get the food that was missed. They also didn't label any of there food, which we specifically asked for. My brother who is vegetarian very nearly ended up eating meat. Honestly guys, I know castle is a little more. But it's 100% worth it. Wouldn't go here again..

Terrible experience. 0% customer service. Order took two hours to be delivered! Longest I’ve ever had to wait for a takeaway. Extremely poor experience.

Last night we rang Beijing early and asked how much we would have to spend in order to get free delivery instead of a 10-minute walk. This information was nowhere to be found on their website. We would have gone round there and collected our order, but we were told that if we spent Β£15 we would get free delivery. So after a few beers we rang and ordered. The next day we realised that we had been charged Β£27.30 instead of Β£24.30. I rang this evening to query what had happened. The woman I spoke to insisted that they don't do free delivery and that it wasn't her fault that I was given the wrong information. When I asked her whether I could speak with someone higher up, she replied, "No." The food from Beijing was fine. My review is for the misinformation and the service.

Mainly a takeaway, but they kindly & happily arranged the table for us to eat in. Service was quick, food delicious, very good value & service couldn't have been better! It's obviously very popular with locals & rightly so imo. Would definitely go again.

We ordered from Beijing today for the first time in years after noticing how reasonable their prices are. Fair play, the ordering process was really easy and the food came super quickly, so 5 star for service. For the food though....VERY disappointed. I can't remember the last time we had food this low quality. The chicken balls were more batter than actual chicken, the soup was watered down, and the thai green was literally inedible....its like they forgot to put coconut milk in it; was more oil than anything. We won't be ordering again. The food may be cheaper but...we ended up chucking half of it, so was a false economy.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to the lovely lady on the phone and the wonderful delivery lady who delivered our forgotten curry sauce within 10 mins. Great service guys. Xx

Just another average Chinise take away, I wouldn’t use them again as I found the food very bland and the curry sauce flavour not nice, The chef here needs to sort the cooking out, I think there is minimum energy put into it as they’re probably just ticking over an average income to what they used to

I'm a classically trained chef with a love for the occasional take away. I ordered a noodle and beef dish with some spring greens (seaweed). The seaweed was over cooked, it was slightly brown and had a bitter taste to it. Being local I walked back and politely highlighted this mistake. I was told I was wrong but they'd make another. While waiting an angry chef (one of many I've dealt with in my long career) waved raw spring greens in my face. This is the equivalent of a chef over cooking lamb and waving raw meat in your face.... The woman in charge then said "well in China we've cooked it like this but the English..." at this point not wanting to hear some xenophobic rant I left. We all know what Chinese "seaweed" is like, we've grown up eating it for take aways and in restaurants. This however was not so much a bad experience of over fried greens but a horrid example of a failing restaurant taking it out on customers.

Not very Impressed Flavours feel rushed. Slightly overpowering smoky barbecue flavour, my rice dish is dry, a bit plain with an intense chilli aftertaste (this was not a dish which suggested a high spice level) - chicken wings were ok but nothing special, not crispy - satisfying but not exciting - I will stick to my favourite place in future who have much more flair

Unfortunately one of the worst Chinese takeaways I've encountered. The hot and sour soup I ordered was flavourless and inedible. The king prawn balls were not king prawns. The batter was very hard . The sweet and sour sauce was missing from the order. So had to wait for that to be redelivered .I won't order from here again. Did on this one occasion due to my regular Chinese having problems with their phone line. Maybe I was unlucky but first impressions count.
