I’ve been to this Burger King in Burgess Hill many times, both as a customer and as a delivery driver. Honestly, it’s always a bad experience. The staff just don’t care at all. When I go there to collect an order, nobody asks what I’m picking up, nobody checks anything, they just keep talking to each other about random stuff. Yesterday I waited over 10 minutes for an order because they were chatting about their Christmas shifts. Today I refused another order again because I knew I’d just waste my time waiting for nothing. I don’t get paid to stand around while they talk. As a customer it’s not better either. People are waiting 10 or even 15 minutes for their food, which is supposed to be fast food. The staff are just joking around, laughing, walking slowly, no interest in customers at all. You can see there’s no management or control there. Because the management is working up front instead looking after the the staff. The place is also dirty. The toilets are disgusting, especially the men’s one. The urinal looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or fixed for a week. Nobody cares. Honestly it’s one of the worst Burger Kings I’ve been to. No care for customers, no respect for drivers, dirty restaurant and lazy staff. I always try to give places a chance, but this one is just a total mess.
The worst burger you can order. The burger is burnt on the outside and the meat is raw on the inside. It's the worst. There are unknown burger restaurants that are much better. The fries were reheated after being fried. I don't recommend it to anyone. The bread wasn't fresh and was almost rotten.
I just had the burger kind of my life. Wow. Serious get those loaded fries they are just so nice. Please have them.
Possible the worst restaurant I've ever been in . The woman behind the counter ask if we was waiting to order after standing the for 10 minutes why they watched their phone. We was the only people in there.. £8 for the smallest burger i have ever seen . Terrible customer service and Proper quality food . Avoid! They have lovely food options. After all, their burgers come loaded with a generous amount of salad. You must try their crispy cheese-loaded fries or simply the plain fries along with the burgers for the perfect filling and satiating feel. I feel the overall experience at BK is amazing. If you want to experience the same, do visit this BK place.
This place is absolutely clean - be it their flooring, window glasses, and tables. What I loved the most is that they served our burgers very warm within a few minutes. I didn’t feel any sort of delay in any way. Moreover, their clean environment makes it a perfect spot to hang out with kids too.
The best part about this particular Burger King joint is easy parking. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Their burgers are also genuinely priced for their filling and delicious burgers. Besides the burgers, I love their fries and nuggets. Even you must try it if it’s your first visit to Burger King.
Parking easy here , staff were friendly and helpful, shame the overpriced warm burgers and chips were not great . Could do with a deep clean . Just to add insult locked toilets are a nightmare when it’s busy and your trying to manage your kids !!!
