The dining experience was awesome. First of all, we had the white wine which had a lovely citrus flavour. Also, the food was amazing, especially the pasta. The dessert was lovely to round up our dinner in a perfect way. It definitely worths another visit to this lovely Italian restaurant!

What a wonderful place. We were lucky enough to sit at the chefs table and the head chef and his team were very friendly and happy to chat to us. It’s fantastic what they produced in a small space which was calm the whole evening. The food was amazing, staff friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine. We both loved it so much. Well done to a great team and if we were local we would definitely come back. Thanks so much x

We went for dinner at Cin Cin, and it was delicious! A lovely atmosphere, with the restaurant packed for the whole time we were there. As a starter my wife and I shared the sourdough focaccia with balsamic and olive oil. The bread was warm, and the balsamic was wonderfully tart. For mains I had the pork rib eye, with braised cannellini beans and agrodolce. It was wonderfully cooked - soft, tender, pork that was perfectly balanced with the sweet/sour agrodulce and the rich, meaty, braising sauce from the cannellini beans. My wife ordered the pappardelle with roasted squash and crispy sage from the Vegan menu, she said it was delicious and the crispy sage was the star of the show. For dessert we went for a special - brioche bread and butter pudding with apple compote and chantilly. It was so good - warm, rich, sweet, and spiced. We paired the dessert with the house-made limoncello which was absolutely ridiculous. The flavour took a few seconds to hit, but it just exploded with sweet and sour lemon that was so fun and delicious. Would absolutely recommend - great food, great service, and well priced for the quality you get.

Once in a while you come across a business that excels in everything it does, Cincin Hove is one of those business's. I found this restaurant on the Michelin Guide web site with it's Bib Gourmand award for good quality, good value cooking of Italian food, it was a celebration evening for the two of us, & we both ate from the vegetarian menu. The food, service, atmosphere is exemplary for this low key, high performing restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff, we were greeted and sat at our bench table, in full view of the chefs at work, the menu was explained by a lady who absolutely oozed Italian authenticity, charm & passion. The five course vegetarian menu was packed with flavour, originality and artistic culinary delight, not a meal to rush, a meal to savour & enjoy after watching it be cooked with care and passion. What topped the night for us... on two occasions, the chefs who had cooked the food, bringing it to our table, and explaining the ingredients & cooking, a simple thing to do, but very effective in detailing the effort this chef has gone too in producing this culinary delight. Service was attentive, non intrusive, always on hand. A cosy vibrant atmosphere, yet maintaining calmness with the chefs cooking in front of you in a small galley style kitchen. And finally, on presentation of the bill, the owner/chef came and spoke with us to ask how are evening had been, a simply masterful way to end an incredibly amazing evening. OUTSTANDING!

Established Italian with simple but well executed menu. Friendly attentive but not intrusive service. Ragu was a little salty but the sea bream was fab. Don't miss the tiramisu. Handled our dietary requirements really well. Lunch, and dessert with wine for came to about 40pp with service .
