Good selection at reasonable prices. I was able to get exactly what I wanted at pretty short notice. My only minor complaint is the member of staff who served me, they just seemed like they didn't want to be there and couldn't be bothered to serve me.

Absolute garbage. Paid £135 for NVIDIA streaming device. Remote control faulty. Called today to arrange a replacement. On one call, I was passed across four different agents. All asked me to repeat my details for verification, no ticket with details used, so I had to run through the issue all again. The last call handler put the phone down when I asked to speak to a manager and he gave me a time slot of 6 days time, which I said was not good enough. Really, really, poor attitude and manner from him, deadpan and couldn’t give a toss would be a polite way to describe his service. Won’t buy from Curry’s again.

Previously (about 10 days ago). identified a built in oven at £479. Now with huge Black Friday adverts everywhere in store the same product is now reduced down to £599. That’s a fabulous saving of an additional £120!! I also needed a hob and extractor, those along with the oven will come from another source. Salesman tried to offer “perhaps waive the delivery fee”. Not bloody likely One star rating for the blatant rip off.

Picked up a chest freezer today costing £129 & when I opened it I quickly realised it was damaged (2 big dents in the sides one at the back and one at the front). I was offered 10% off (£12.90) or I could exchange in the shop. After returning it to the shop the same day I was able to quickly exchange it. No complaints regarding customer service, Luke was extremely efficient and helpful. I had a quick look in the shop to check it wasn’t damaged before we left and all seemed ok however when I got home there was a crack/ bit hanging off near the vent on the side of the chest freezer. I wouldn’t have seen this in the shop as the cardboard bottom would have covered it. I called curry’s again, was told I would need to bring it back to the shop for a refund or exchange as it was a same day purchase or I could have 10% off. I was told the same yesterday. However, when I asked if they could better that, she said 15% (yesterday I was told 10% is the highest they could go so customer services aren’t even consistent). I made the decision to keep the damaged chest freezer as I have not got time or anybody to help me take it back to the shop a second time, (I had already privately paid money for it to be collected the first time), and had to ask a family member to help me return it. In an ideal world I would take it back again to exchange or get a refund as when you buy something new you expect it to be new and not damaged or faulty in any way. The 15% gave me £19.35 off. I would not recommend curry’s and I will think twice before purchasing anything from them again.

What a shambles, tried to get a simple Yes/No answer to a simple question "Has it got a MicroSD card reader" because the pictures indicated Yes but the specs didn't specify. So I went to Online help who told me Yes, then No, then Yes, then No again. So I went through to Tech Support who quite confidently told me Yes, so I went online to make the order and the chat box popped up asking me if I needed any help, so I thought I would just check one last time for clarity and was told No. I gave up and went to Argos.

Went in today. We knew exactly what we wanted but couldn't get one of the staff to help us. Gave up and as we were leaving a couple of gentlemen decided to go to check out with their TV and pay for it there so we picked up the TV we had decided upon and did the same. No hassle and a few minutes later we were on our way. Alas all I can say the customer service was abysmal. At least we have got our TV.

Went for a few bits which was quite a bit pf money lady was great service only trouble we had was code didn't work and had to do it 3 times so was I shop far longer than expected. Young lad kept saying to cancel the offer which then deleted the whole order.
