   I have been to this store multiple times over the past 10 years and have almost always had the same experience. Unfortunately the majority staff here are ridiculous rude. There is never anyone at the tills when you want to pay, which could be understood if there were hundreds of customers needing help on the floor. When you do eventually catch someone’s eye to indicate you want to pay, it’s 50/50 on whether they acknowledge it or ignore it. When they do decide to come and take your money, they do it huffing and puffing - do staff here not realise without customers spending money they would have no job? Do better

   We have just popped into get a last minute washing machine. A gentleman heading home asked if we're ok. Due to busyness noone else was free. He stopped and helped us and delivered it to the van even though his shift was over. Such good customer service. We really appreciate it. Thank you. Jeremy L your a star.

   Came to curry’s to buy a new telly, we were served by Aaliyah and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the service! Not only was she super helpful and knowledgeable of the products but she was also just very kind and easy to talk with… she spent a long time talking through options with us and really did try to get us the best TV within our price range! What an asset to the curry’s team she is… will in future always be coming back to curry’s at hove due to Aaliyahs service and customer care!

   I went with my neighbour to buy a tv and they were great. Harry explained everything very professionally and trust me we had lots of questions and Luke did all the finances etc and he was so professional and friendly and funny. Definitely recommend it. I took a photo with Like helping get the items in the car. Definitely a place I’d go back as they knew what they were doing and that is reassuring. Thank you!

   I suggest you buy anywhere but Currys. There after sales service is terrible. They outsource everything to poorly trained staff who fail to process complaints and don't want to help when things go wrong. I have had two product failures in the last 2 years. A PC and a Washer Dryer. On both occasions I had to wait hours on the phone, call back and complain numerous times, even being told they can not escalate complaints! I have had to threaten legal action before they listen. When we called out an independent engineer to assess our washer dryer he said that in his experience of 14 years, Curry's were the worst to deal with and got the most complaints. I'll be sending my experiences to trading standards in the hope they will be forced to improve.

   Awful. Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. Found a member of staff that wasn't having a natter with their colleagues. I asked them to get the item from the stock room as only display items o. The shelf. I was told at least 20 minute wait to be served despite there being more staff than customers in the store. Whilst sat waiting I was able to find the same item online for cheaper with free nect day delivery. And yet they'll all be surprised when they find themselves out of a job as the highstreet is failing...

   Ordered a washing machine and cooker, James and Reese who delivered and installed were brilliant, went above and beyond to help, especially as I had problems with my electrics and needed to call out an electrician meaning they were unable to install at my allotted time, but very kindly came back later in the day to finish the job. Amazing service, and I am extremely grateful for all their time and help today

   Good selection of items and electronics, they always have great prices, but don't rely on the "collect from car" feature if you click and collect, as you'll be left waiting in your car for ages, until you give up and go collect the item on foot. Not sure how people with mobility issues would do that!

   Very small store, was not impressed with the lack of helpful staff nor the lack of goods on display or in stock. I’ll go the Portsmouth one in future!!
