Maisie was brilliant. Very professional in dealing with my issue. Although busy she gave me as much time as I needed to be reassured. She certainly made it a pleasant experience. Will definitely ship there again.
Bought some headphones which were faulty. Went to take them back and was told a flat no (by the manager of the store) for a refund or replacement and that I had to contact pioneer for a repair and a code. The manager was VERY standoffish and when I asked to speak to the manager, she smirked at me and said "I am the manager" so rude! So I left after a wasted 45 minute round trip, no apology, nothing! .. I then called Pioneer and they said what I had been told was wrong and that I can take them back to Argos for a full refund and they have never heard of a "refund code" and has raised this with Argos numerous times as have lots of issues with them! To be sure I then called Argos customer services who then advised me the manager was wrong and should have refunded me no questions asked. So I went back... And who was there, the manager! I told her the story and she said ok no worries I'll refund you. How can it be that easy now but before you put up a huge fight and embarrassed me in the store in front of everyone saying "im just doing my job" no youre not, you're making it difficult! I will never shop at Argos again because of this!
My parcel was located quickly . Friendly staff . I would pick my eBay package again from there .

I have collected my orders many times from here and have even returned an item recently. I have been always getting great service from here. I would not hesitate to go here again to buy something!
I bought a £400 coffee maker. Got it home and opened it up. It was completely sealed so was shocked and angered to find the machine had been previously used. In fact it was scratched in such a way it was evident it had been used for weeks. There was residue in the tray and was dirty. There were hundreds of scuff marks from regular use. The item has been resealed and sold as new. It's blatant fraud and I will never shop at Argos again. I always felt they were a.cheap act but by god this is literally fraud. Will contact trading standards.
Purchased a product off of eBay for click and collect from this branch. Went in to collect met by a young lady who could not find my parcel as I had no bar code and sent me away. I had another code from eBay and returned to store spoke with a young man who also couldn’t find my product. He passed me to another lady. I explained what had happened. She then told me it had past the collection date. She went to look for the product and found it. She told me that due to the company policy she was unable to release the goods to me. She had to return the product back to the seller. Despite asking for my product she would not release it to me. I took a photo of the parcel in store with her hand on it. It has not been received by the seller. Apparently they don’t record returns out and dates of postage. So I’ve paid for a product but not received due to incompetence of staff. Seller stating non return of product so I’m out of pocket. Well done store. Won’t be using you again and will be chasing you for my losses.
