Haven't been here for 15 years since they fitted stereos in my cars and a sound system in my Vespa. Needed dashcams fitting and hardwired in. Called them up and they booked me in for next day. Same welcoming smiles from the same guys that have always been there. Job done in a couple of hours. Really good neat job. Happy with that.

My pioneer apple/android car play headunit went wrong. Pioneer authorised the repair under warranty and street sounds was the authorised repairer’s. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly and carried out the repair within 1 week which was fantastic. Great company to deal with. Highly recommended.

I'm really happy with the service Street Sounds provided. I had several requirements for my head unit, but mainly to be able to play my flac files over 3.5 audio jack. Stupidly, I didn't quite know what I was buying, and they installed a unit which didn't quite fit my needs (totally my fault not theirs - I rushed in without understanding). They were really accommodating, didn't make me feel like a moron for my mistake, and made sure I left with the right setup. Mic placement for hands-free works really well and my wife said she can't tell the difference when I'm in the car or holding my phone. All the dab channels are an added bonus - oh and not only does it have android and apple maps, but I can use my preferred alternative too. Steering controls work as expected and they did a very neat job.

I work with video cameras and last March I had to do a show that required an external Ninja V monitor for a camera via battery power, without the battery being attached directly to the monitor. I had all the right components except a cable that could go out of the SmallRig 12v (2.1mm) plate into the Ninja V (2.5mm). I had ordered a DC power supply adapter – converting a 2.1mm male to a 2.5mm male, but it was coming in the mail I wasn’t sure if I was going to get to me on time - so in a last ditch effort I went all over Brighton and Hove into every electrical shop I could find for over 5 hours, asking for parts, everyone looked at me like I was crazy. Finally, I went into Street Sounds and explained to Richard what I was trying to do. He simply said bring in the cables and the device and let’s have a look. I went home grabbed the bits and brought everything back. He asked: All you want is a 2.1mm on onside and 2.5mm on other side of a cable? I was like Yep! He went that’s easy, cut the 2 x cables to desired length, soldered the cable, threw some shrink wrap on it, heat gunned and said “test that”. I did and it worked perfectly. I offered to pay for his help, he said no, I offered to buy him some drinks or something for his time. He said No, it was a simple easy job only took like 5 minutes and sometimes it’s enough to help someone and see how stuff works. I wish there was more people with this kind of outlook and customer service. Thank You!!!

Very helpful they removed my factory fitted radio and navigation system and refitted it to get the serial number as I had no code number to reset it after an electrical fault and supplied me with the code numbers at a very reasonable price

Absolutely amazing, we had a problem with removing the rear panel, my son called street sounds and they worked for almost an hour to help and wouldn't take a penny for their time, what incredible service.

Probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Went in for speaker upgrades for a T5 but the guy behind the counter clearly couldn't be bothered. Was told to remove the door cards before he could tell me what I needed. No offer to come & look at the van despite it being parked right outside the workshop.

Desperately needed new screws for my JBL Crossovers (x2) that had suffered from severe rusting, the screw themselves are very small and very difficult to source from anywhere. The guys @Street Sounds went well beyond the call of duty and put together 12 screws from various sources in their shop. Really saved me a lot of time and money. Many thanks and highly recommended.
