Great location easy to find, very comfy beds and quiet at night.. loved the decor and little cafe with do it yourself coffee machine.

3 nights in Prem. Inn Brighton. Great location in town centre. Staff extremely efficient, very friendly and eager to help. Very nice bar and resteraunt. Typical of these establishments could do with a lick of paint here and there but on the whole a very nice stay.

The bed had 3 covers. A mattress protector, another thin duvet and a sheet. All of these where stained with sweat, urine and other bodily fluids. The person in charged was told and shown the evidence. The pillows where disgusting. Actual mould on them. Very uncomfortable as being told we had to leave due to our complaints. He then changed our bed coverings. We're happy with that. They advertised with a full English breakfast. Told this was not available. Was told when I knocked on another room to enquire about their experience, that we'd not be getting a refund as he shouted this up the stair case. No fire information in the room of what action to take. Windows open way too far. Don't stay here however Desperate you are.

I used this accommodation for two nights. At the price (£70 per night) I would have expected a cooked breakfast. However it was a continental type. Various cereals and some grapes in the fridge. The milk was out of date by a week or so and not fit for human consumption. Also in the fridge was some bread but no butter or jam. Only a jar of Marmite! The building and fittings are in need of a refurb I hardly saw the person running the place and had to phone for some fresh milk. Very poor.

This B&B could do with a complete refurbishment. Our twin room was cramped and the toilet absolutely shocking! We asked if the price included breakfast and was told it would consist of bread, butter and a glass of milk!! We got told the code to enter the house after our night out and the landlord ommitted to give us the correct code meaning he had to get out of his bed and let us in and he was not happy! The whole house smelt musty and unclean. When we arrived the landlord took our money straight away I now know why. Had we inspected it we would not have stayed! - it just was not good. We were up and away by 8am on the Sunday morning. Would NEVER recommend. Avoid at all costs unless you do not care about cleanliness and hygiene.

We used this just for an overnight before early morning ferry. Perfect for this. Clean room, comfortable bed. Drink making facilities in room. Unexpectedly, there was also fresh milk in a communal fridge and everything supplied for breakfast. No parking but we found off street parking nearby. Busy road so some traffic noise.

We were spending a single night in New Haven with friends and family before heading to Dieppe, so this place was sufficient for our needs. We got the large bedroom by the front main entrance. It was clean and adequate. Small amenities were missing such hand towels, a box of tissue. There's only a soap dispenser in the shower. We couldn't regulate the water temp in the shower - only got hot! No shower in the morning. The proprietor dragged out his recycling bins past our door to the curb at 2 am. No breakfast is served here. Would I stay again. Probably not.

Clean, but basic accommodation. I was in room 301, and found that it was quite noisy with traffic outside. After running the shower for 10 minutes and getting no hot water, I found that if you turn the hot tap on at the sink, hot water comes out the shower. Turn it off and then the shower goes cold! Bizarre! Ignore the free parking offer. It should say "free parking 5 minutes away in the badly lit, and well dodgy looking, town centre multistory car park"
