   My husband and I went in to the Lyons Farm branch on Christmas Eve Eve to upgrade our phones. We were looked after by Kay and Becca. They have both independently looked after us on previous occasions when buying a TV and tablet. They both were amazing, (again), and we had a lot of fun.    I wanted a small TV and asked for some advice but the young lad who served me didn’t have anything I wanted which isn’t the problem, his ego and attitude is the reason I gave this place a one star disgusting behaviour if you ask me! If you want a affordable and very good and nice customer service go to Argos as they have a lot more choices, affordable prices and better service! Don’t bother going here!

   I ordered a phone from carphone warehouse to be delivered to this store for my daughter’s birthday the next day . They refused to give me my order because I didn’t remember my credit card pin. I had everything else, my ID , my passport , my bill and my order number and they were very rude to me and said they wouldn’t give it to me if I spoke to them how I was apparently talking to them. I will not be purchasing anything from this store anymore as the staff were just horrible to me. I will put this through social media so people in Worthing and around the area are aware of the appalling behaviour of the staff in this shop. I cancelled my order and bought another mobile from 3 .

   Despite the fact that I bought my Dyson vacuum cleaner from Curry's now it has a fault (it will not charge) i was told the company could not help and that I should contact Dyson directly. What is the point of buying from a shop if you cannot get the afterservice?

   Very much depends when what time you are there. I went in the evening and plenty of staff there to help. I've also been in busy times and you can't find anyone. Great to still have physical stock to view and pretty competitive against online prices.

   My laptop finally gave up the ghost but as luck would have it Currys were having a sale. Checked on line and found something suitable that was in stock and took myself off to get a hands on feel and then if it ticked the box buy. Young lad serving was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so decision made and he disappeared to get a new one in the box. Problem then encountered as inventory was saying one in stock (non display) but in reality there wasn't one.. He couldn't have been more apologetic but hey it happens right. It's not that you have a problem it's what you do to fix. Was offered free delivery to my home the next day so good response. Recommendation - shops stock level is something worth checking before setting off.
