   Really helpful staff and good as its close by. Returns are also easy. I used to moan about the Post Code requests, you can say no as for GDPR they should be mentioning you don't have to give it for purchases, but its not their fault, its HQ that's forced that. However, having an account does just make it all so much easier, especially for returns or finding a past order (although they limit how far back the orders go, annoyingly). And the Android app, although not perfect, does make it easier to order while out and about.

   Remember when they ask for your post code, they are sadly, forced by corporate to ask this in an attempt to get your details. You are in your right to see no thanks and they then have a code to bypass that. Its a GDPR rule. They've never had an issue but one time a new person didn't know the code so just be aware. Having said that, just give in and get an account. Its so much easier. Their app ain't great but easy to order and do pick up when arrive. Although they've made a massive mistake with the charity move. You used to be able to round up your pennies, which we all do but now appears they want £1 min which most people will reject, more people are willing to give pennies than pounds because, yes, we're all tight. Anyway, staff are always really friendly and helpful. And their returns policy is always good.

   Screwfix Worthing Staff have been absolutely amazing. I’ve had surgery and they were able to as a team assemble my product. Customer service at its finest. I’d like to personally name George, Livvy and Jake for their outstanding efforts. Not only did they resolve my products they offered me other products to add to my products so my anxiety is less. Excellent team effort.

   Went into Worthing, Broadwater branch this morning (07/07/25) and what a lovely friendly greeting I got from everyone. I was asked several times if I was being attended to and again all, cheerful, polite people! This made my morning and wish others would learn from this branch!

   Called in screwfix Worthing Broadwater today - 28/06/2025. I have to say a big thank you to both Josh & Livvy, who both restored my faith in customer service. Josh and Livvy were completely customer based, and defo went the extra mile for customer service.
