He's knowledgeable about everything he sells . His years of experience are such a dredit to this family run business. I've been to over big departments stores in the past and I can honestly say Rob is the winner of them all.    We have recently bought a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner from Carters in Tarring Rd Worthing. Rob, the manager, is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive. Rob went out of his way to source the vacuum cleaner. Their customer service is good and being local is very accessible should I require it. I highly recommend them.

   Carters are my go to place. Rob who works in worthing is knowledgeable and will give great advice on appliances. But the important part for me, is not over spending especially when it's for work orders, this is when the knowledge comes into its own, my biggest question is it worth spending more or not. Plus the customer care is excellent I've had one issue which was resolved with none of the normal palming off you get. Deliveries on time and all this from a local shop. Support your local shops

   Excellent, helpful service. Didn't have what I was looking for in the shop so they looked it up to see where it was in stock, ordered it and delivered within a week! Delivery people very polite - called me to say they were within 10 minutes away. All in all a really easy transaction, affordable price (free delivery!). Product is great so far. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Very happy.
