   Purchased a fridge freezer from them and they said that at a later date they would come install the water pump. I've waited in 3-4 times each time either no call, no showing or the part not being right ect. Very very frustrating. I've tried calling them several times, leaving voicemails but have heard nothing. It's been well over a month since I got the fridge/freezer. I've honestly given up hope that this will be sorted or fixed. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

   Bought Dishwasher & Washer Drier about 5 weeks ago and very happy with both. Friendly service and had a minor issue with washer that was resolved on the same day of reporting it. 10/10 A++ from me!

   Purchased a washer dryer off these guys. 2 weeks later it was broken. After a couple of failed visits to fix it they replaced it with another washer dryer which wasn’t even able to complete the first wash as it was broken from the get go I have had to send this 2nd machine back again for a full refund and I will be buying a washer dryer elsewhere. Maybe this is just really bad luck but my experience was that the washer dryers were not checked thoroughly after fixing and after installation. I believe this was an issue that could have been avoided with thorough checking. I cannot recommend this company for this reason. This whole saga has had a massively negative impact on my life. Sorely disappointed.

   These guys/ladys are a fantastic bunch. I have health issues and five young children, our tumble dryer broke down over christmas. These guys went above and beond to help us on new years eve.    Same again. Lovely guy and fair price for 9 kg washing machine but I have spent a week trying to reach George, as the machine does not finish it’s cycles, without a reply or a message. I have a family and Bnb and need desperately to do my washing. The warranty should mean George should reply within 24 hrs. It’s stressful. I don’t want to feel I’ve been made a mug of.
