Very disappointed. Glass basin cracked and spread dangerous shards of glass. The impact was tiny so the basin is clearly faulty or unsafe. They have refused warranty on the basis their glass products are not toughened, so presumably they think it is acceptable to sell dangerous and fragile products. Their claims of 5-10 years warranty are hollow if they are not expecting to honour them. I would not buy products from them again - expensive, unsafe and fragile.
