This place is a joke measured up wrong . I had to cut/adapte units sent damaged goods sent my designe to wrong email address muti times even though they had my business card spent few grand and still wanted £100 delivery curb side has to struggle to move it on my own up muti floors to customer flat . Won't be back

Simply awful, worst experience I’ve ever had with any trade outlet. Measly sum of £600 has been floating back and forward for months after they took a direct order from the end user. She’s happy to pay but they then change it by adding on various units and doors that were either missing, exchanged or provided in error. The problem came after they quoted customer for 2 splashbacks but gave me 3 on collection, their measurements were out and 3 were required or did they realise that but had misquoted her? Gave me a shallow 450mm unit to fit a boiler, a boiler that regs say needs a 50mm gap around, what boiler is 350mm wide, their mistake but will they admit it, will they hell! I’m half expecting this to go to Country Court because I would rather take this to Court than pay out of principle! Honestly avoid, there’s so many good places I now use for my kitchens and bathrooms, all as good quality and none of the drama
Amazing team of people here and customer experience is excellent. The whole team couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and will go that extra mile when needed. Thanks for all your help and support over the past couple of months!

Grace and Bill were very good indeed. Helped me out when experiencing a really nasty rogue tradesman scenario having just moved house. Very helpful and proactive - and re products - their knowledge and honesty is wholly refreshing at these terrible times more so than ever. 100% recommend.

Beautiful kitchens but very difficult service. All the costs and billings are hidden from customers, which then makes it extremely difficult to do any kind of exchange and results in a mess of unseen expenses, invoices and real difficulty getting refunds. Such a shame as the kitchens are really lovely.
