   Yesterday saw us take our 9 and a half month old cocker spaniel in for his second groom. He struggles massively with being groomed and is incredibly nervous. After his first appointment when we were made aware that they could only wash and couldn’t trim his coat, we were told it would take a few more baths to help get him comfortable- we were also told that they work with dogs from shelters with behavioural issues. So we felt confident that they would work with him. He was booked in for a 2 hour appointment and we were made aware that if they could only bathe him we would be called in an hour. We were called 35 minutes later and handed back a wet dog. I’m under no illusion that my dog is an easy dog to groom- I am however incredibly frustrated that we were given assurances and our second appointment ended with me being told to groom him at home..

   Always happy with the results, clean, soft to the touch and nice smelling dogs. As we have two they usually manage to fit them in at the same time/back to back making it easier for us. Reasonably priced too although I don't have much experience it comparison for it but it's money week spent for hassle free clean dogs. Thank you!

   First groom today for my 20 month labrador. I did advise she would be nervous she was washed and brushed ok but when I arrived back at the store 10 mins early I found Nala had escaped the groomers and was running scared around the store. I dread to think what would of happened if I hadn’t been in the store to stop her and she had got to the auto front door to the car park! No real apology either

   Friendly staff but very over priced groom and my dogs nails were bleeding on two of her paws as they had cut them too short and the other two paws they didn't attempt, however they still charged me for the nail clipping. I won't be using them again.

   I researched places and decided to take them to the groom room! I asked them to cut off my chihuahua's excess hair and paid extra to put on an accessory. I said it would be ready in two hours, 45 minutes they called me to take it out. when we arrived to pick up our baby we were terrified of the cut that was made. it was horrible they ruined the chihuahua's tail and it was very badly cut. They didn't put the advice as I paid. That's why I don't recommend

   Took my 4m/o Schnoodle pup here for a free nail trim (through the Pets at Home VIP app). He has REALLY bad separation anxiety, so I was concerned when the staff said he would need to go into the Groom Room without me. He's such a squirmy wriggle bum when I'm away from him whether he can see me or not. The girls were absolutely fab with him - they kept him calm, distracted and gave him lots of cuddles to make his comfy. All nails trimmed and not a whine to be heard from my fur baby. Really impressed!
