   I brought in my nervous little pooch yesterday and the atmosphere was calm and friendly. He very happily allowed himself to be picked up and taken into the grooming space. I was asked what kind of trim I would like and I specified a few things, which were listened to. He came out really happy and with a wonderful groom, not too short and smelly lovely, not strong and synthetic like other grooms he’s had in other places. Thanks so much, we’ll be back!

   Hard review to write because the owners are so nice (hence the 2 stars not 1) but took my Pomeranian puppy in and he left with a good amount of hair missing from his forehead after I asked for a few of the hairs around his eyes/muzzle to be trimmed, and stated my desire not to have any haircuts until his adult hair was through at 1 year old however they proceeded to cut quite drastically into his fur when it was quite obvious it wasn’t going into his eyes! Perhaps a misunderstanding but feel like I should have been consulted with before a decision was made to hack into my dogs hair.

   What an amazing experience! I took my nervous rescue dog into The Natural Pet Shop today for a groom/teeth brush/ nail cut - and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked into the shop, we were welcomed by friendly smiles and a calming atmosphere. From the introductions alone, I was in the utmost confidence that this was the place for us. Not only does Lucy dog look and smell amazing, but she was so calm and happy when I picked her up. On top of an amazing service - Malcom & Jane also took the time to identify and inform me of Lucy’s breed - which was previously unknown - something that I’m now very proud of and thankful for! These people truly love what they do and are amazing at it. Without doubt would recommend - and both me and Lucy are looking forward to our next visit! Thank you The Natural Pet Shop!

   We took our 4 month old Bichon cross Shitzu for a puppy taster session and then a month later for his first groom, and we are absolutely thrilled with how he left the salon. Izzy did an amazing job and made our pup look even cuter than we thought possible - she was very patient and took her time, and we really appreciated all her efforts as we know he can be a bit fidgety with a very low attention span! Malcolm has also been really helpful with ordering in some eye cleaning products and generally being a very friendly face at the front door. We will most definitely be coming again as soon as Ziggy needs another groom! We are very lucky to have such a lovely business so close to our home. 100% recommend!!!

   Izzy was amazing with my pooch. He has always hated being groomed and hated restraints and I was so pleased to hear that they don’t use these and actually have great tools to help dogs feel safe and happy. When I picked up Marley, he was happy and loved Izzy so much! Such great value for money and a great service. I would highly recommended the natural pet shop as one of the best places to care for and groom our furry family members. Thanks Izzy!
