I recently ordered a hedgerow Harris Tweed dog collar, Joy was so quick to respond to my emails, and the collar arrived within days, bearing in mind, there was a weekend in between me ordering, I was really impressed at the quick turnaround. The collar is made beautifully, the Tweed is lovely, and the velvet lining is a plush addition making them soft for the dogs to wear, and giving it some stability and strength. I will definitely be ordering again, so many beautiful things to browse and choose. Thank you for your lovely items Joy
This is the first time I have ordered from Scrufts after admiring the collar on a friends dog. I must say I am thrilled with the collars I have received and the service. The collars are so well made and unusual. I have have now ordered two more Christmas collars and can't wait to show off my dogs in their new collars
Have reviewed before on website and on Facebook page. Scruffs has been my "go to" shop for dog collars for several years. Amazing quality, fabric and speedy service. Collars are washable and durable. Purchased a collar in William Morris "Strawberry Thief" fabric for our puppy, hence the reason for the review. Again, not disappointed.
Returning customer to Scufts because their products really stand washing time over, colours are retained and did I mention, spoilt for choice. My three dogs are among the best 'dressed' locally with their range of collars. One of my dog's is an enthusiastic roller and despite his endeavours, collars still look like new. I mentioned to my husband I was buying collars from Scrufts and ... .... he has said, Scrufts collars do wear really well and look like new after the dogs have done their worst. Lots of saltwater swimming; colours remain strong. Really happy

Unfortunately scufts didn't have the fabric colours in stock we wanted but instead of making us wait they have sent another collar free of charge to keep us going until the correct materials are back in stock, which they have also said we can keep as a spare. Fantastic customer service to top of a quality product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
