Best petshop in Brighton by a mile. The only place I've found raw cat food, helpful staff, great prices and same day delivery to my door when I couldn't walk.
Excellent service. Proactively got in touch to validate the order, and then expedited delivery. Having used a number of online veterinary pharmacies A Coombes is head and shoulders the best. And first-rate value as well.
Amazing service. 100% recommended. After being let down again by other pet food suppliers. I contacted Coombs to see if they could supply Toby and Ozzies food. They could ! They were extremly helpful on the phone and even though we only ordered at 12pm on Saturday ....the 2 large bags of food were delivered The Next Day !!! On a Sunday! 24hours later . To the opposite end of the UK ( Anglesey) Two happy dogs and very happy owner. I will be ordering from them from now on. Thank you for their treats too
I recently placed on an online order with A Coombs pet centre. I'm so impressed. I'm usually a bit nervous ordering from smaller companies but the delivery, speed and customer service was amazing. My cat has a condition and the vet gave me some recommendations for food for my fussy cat. I like that they sell some of these more unusual monoprotein/hypoallergenic cat foods which seem hard to find online. They also sell the hills and royal canin wet foods in bulk and by the sachet/tin and it seems rare that companies sell by the sachet/tin and this is so helpful to try before you buy in bulk. I actually found them by asking chat GPT to find a retailer that sold all the foods I needed to purchase. I emailed them on a Saturday morning with a query and they got back to me within an hour, I placed an order about 9am and my order had arrived by 2pm the following day to Cornwall! That was with the free delivery. I'm really impressed and will be ordering from them again in the future.
Went to Coombs earlier today, very kind and informative staff. They had a wide selection of toys, treats and food. I got a scratch board, some snacks and a lead and harness for my kitty all for a great price! Would highly recommend a trip if you need anything!

A Coombs has a very knowledgeable staff. We love that they deliver on purchases over 30£ so we don’t have to lug our dogs food. They recently helped us special order a dog bed and it came even quicker than they estimated and also was delivered.

I always purchase my bird feed here. They have a lovely selection. As i have a more unusual breed and can be hard to find the right feed. The staff are knowledgeable and suoer helpful.
The customer service was exceptional and they went out of their way to deliver to my house quite late in their working day even though I had only just ordered. Thank you!
