Twice we have received pizza with ingredients that have gone off. Absolutely no point in complaining the staff don't care about the rubbish they are sending out. This has made a member of our family very ill. Avoid this Dominoes they have absolutely no clue about hygiene and food standards.
Just ordered a pepperoni passion pizza for delivery to find out there’s not much pepperoni added looked more like a cheese and tomato than a pepperoni passion not really happy about this

Mine arrived colder than my ex’s heart — genuinely impressive. I called to complain and was assured it would be resent right away. Fast-forward 45 minutes… still nothing. So I call again and speak to “David” — though unless “David” recently relocated from a Mumbai call centre, I suspect that’s not quite accurate. Apparently, he just forgot. Like actually forgot. The one thing they had to do. I then asked for a refund, which he said would be processed. Still waiting. Maybe they’re sending it by carrier pigeon? On foot? In reverse? Here’s the deal: you’ve got until tomorrow to refund me. After that, I’ll be dropping something in front of your windows — don’t worry, it’ll be just as cold and unwanted as your pizza. Avoid this place unless you enjoy disappointment served with a side of incompetence.

Awful customer service from the manager. Young lad on the phone before the manager was really helpful. Spoke to the manager about missing items and he hung up on me.

This is one of the only dominoes chain I genuinely like and trust to order from. Always great delivery timing (usually faster than expected - I got one within 15 minutes last time). The guys in the shop are very helpful and polite and the food is always cooked well with generous toppings.
