Great hotel, very close to shops and tons of restaurants Also very central and right by the beach Room was very spacious snd super clean with all amenities that you need Breakfast was great! I must say I was impressed, the Mushrooms were properly seasoned, Pork sausages were good quality and meaty, bacon was perfectly cooked and the scrambled eggs was beautifully cooked, moist and well seasoned! There was a lot to choose from! I haven’t tried the food in the Restaurant as it is normally overpriced, plus there is so much choices of food outlets just yards away from the hotel its worth to go out and enjoy them Corridors smells fantastic, a bit strong in some areas but love the fragrance PARKING!!! My only problem is, if you come by car they do have an underground car park which is not free and despite getting a discount for two days I’ve had to pay £58 out of £95 which was hard to swallow!! No one seems to mention this on any reviews because if they did I wouldn’t have stayed there

Fabulous hotel. Clean large room with all the amenities you need. Very helpful reception. The evening bar had exceptional service from Anton. Prices for the drinks were good too. The morning breakfast was exceptional and a great choice. Will be very happy to stay again.

Hotel is a little tired, aesthetically photographs warmer and more up to date but reads as quite cold and functional (like a higher class travel lodge or conference hotel). Nothing is luxe but it does the job for a well priced enough stay in a good location. A little noisy street side facing into the lanes but I was on floor 1, breakfast is costly at £18 a head for buffet style but guess in keeping. Bathroom is clean and functional but had water damaged doors from leaking shower spray. Beds and bedding comfortable. Staff efficient. Pool is small and highly chlorinated to the point it was cloudy. Sauna and steam tiny and can only seat about 4 adults. Gym looked well equipped. Fairly clean standard throughout.

I wanted some quiet time in a peaceful place with a nice atmosphere. I had an amazing spicy honey margarita and vegetable chips while listening to the wind and rainy on the window. I really appreciated the friendly and warm welcome from Jolie and Simon. Their customer service, politeness and listening while I chatted about my day, and then the speed of the drink arriving was 11/10. Thank you both very much. I forgot to say the cocktail was amazing!! You could really taste the honey and chilli. Perfect.

The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and the staff are absolutely incredible. I want to extend a special thanks to Annie, Jerome, and Jake for their exceptional service and kindness throughout my stay. The reception team are also fantastic so friendly and helpful. My room offered a beautiful sea view, it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming experience.

Best Hotel in Brighton! I was highly impressed upon arrival the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Drink prices in the bar were reasonable considering its a hotel and prime location. Right opposite sea front! Decor was modern and had a very warm and cozy atmosphere. Exterior building doesn't look much but interior looks amazing I was taken aback. Rooms are a very decent size and again cozy and warm decor with heating and air con. The rooms i felt although are expensive are very much worth the money and the complimentary things were a lovely touch. Swimming pool wasn't open due to cleanliness but the sauna/ steamroom lovely. Seats around pool nice touch and it felt relaxing there. Very clean all round and clean toilets in lobby always a good sign! Beds were comfortable with ample space. And as stated above the location is perfect front entrance on the sea front and back entrance on to the high street close to local amenities restaurants, pubs and bus routes. I will be returning hopefully soon in future this is my go to hotel in Brighton and I highly recommend to anyone so thank you to the staff it was amazing!

The hotel location is perfect being on the sea front, very close to the pier and the town centre with all the bars and restaurants. Although the hotel doesn’t look like anything special from outside it isn’t until you step inside and see the beauty of this building. Check in was so simple with a very friendly member of staff. I had already checked in online a few days before and then had an email on the day to say my room was ready. The room was a really good size with a huge bed. Great views over the beach. Bathroom was clean, simple and with a lovely powerful walk in shower. Bed was super comfy (although i found the pillows to hard to my taste) Nice sized telly on the wall and with the normal tea and coffee making. Breakfast was a buffet style but was really good. A huge selection from cooked breakfast to toast, cereal and cheese/cold meats. I really enjoyed it and it was included with the room when we booked it. Had a few drinks in the bar one evening which was really nice, was nice to sit in the beauty of this hotel, while seating at a table looking out to Brighton beach. All the staff we spoke to were friendly, helpful and had a smile on there face. This is an amazing little hotel and being that we booked it through Groupon with breakfast. Very happy and i will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon.

Myself and my friend have stayed at the Waterfront a few times and I wanted to leave a review for this visit as we had a lovely time. Check in was so welcoming and the rooms were spotless and airy, roomy with fabulous views. We had a swim and a steam in the relaxing spa and breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Check out was simple and the staff are thoughtful, friendly and a credit to Jurys Inn Brighton Waterfront. The attention to detail was exceptional. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is nice overall - the staff are very friendly and kind, rooms spacious, breakfast ok and the location is superb. Our room had a spacious bed, a sofa and a small table which was very convenient. However, all the good things were ruined by poor housekeeping. Our room carpet was not hoovered, the bathroom was dirty with body fat on the wall tiles and the bath edges, the drain was blocked as the water was going down very slowly, the toilet was dirty inside (no toilet brush used after the previous guest I guess) and the toilet seat had yellow and brown marks underneath. The bathroom door had no lock, the sink had a crack in it and there was no toilet brush available. I also prefer to have a shower hose that you can hold and not the rain-type shower. The cleaning standards should improve significantly and the showers should be deep cleaned regularly. I also got confused with the parking, as there is the Lanes car park at the left side of the hotel, and one more at the front entrance. The one at the front entrance is underground and it says that it belongs to the hotel. However, if you have a ridiculously big SUV like me, I don’t think you can fit it as the entrance is very small. I think it’s worth mentioning it on the website. I ended up parking elsewhere. Good overall but could be much better. If I decided to stay in Brighton again, I would choose another hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a great time! Our room with a sea side view was spacious, clean with an amazing view of the sea! We had an issue with the air conditioning which was immediately addressed and resolved. Great customer service experiences in general! Good standard of breakfast that is served till 11am. Out of all the sea front hotels in Brighton we stayed before that is the best hotel so far. We will definitely be back!
