   I stayed for a night in Happy Brighton and enjoyed the stay. I loved how convenient the location is, which is just minutes walk away to the Sea Life Aquarium and bus stops. The shared kitchen is quite roomy and have everything I need. It has easy check-in and check-out procedures as well. Would reccommend for anyone looking for a day trip accommodations in Brighton.

   I travelled for work recently and had the pleasure of staying in this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful after I’d locked myself out. I Had the pleasure of meeting the owner during my stay and he truly cared about my stay and running his business. It was super convenient to have a laundry room, en suite bathroom and a spacious communal room to hang out. I can’t sing the hostels praises enough in just one review, the prices were so affordable and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Brighton :D

   Many people are there long term and I thought it was interesting that they requested I paid via bank transfer but I was having issues and they were very accommodating and let me pay in person. Staff is kind and helpful. There wasn’t lockers for storing your bags in the rooms. But the location is so phenomenal!

   We booked this hostel for Pride weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better location—super central and easy to get to. The instructions for accessing the building and our room were clear and straightforward, which made arrival smooth. We were a group of six sharing a room. The space was decent, but it did get quite warm and stuffy. Thankfully, the staff provided a fan, and when that wasn’t enough, they quickly brought us a second one. Big shoutout to the team—they were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. A few cleanliness issues to note: • The toilet bowl was stained and could really use a deep clean with proper bleach. • The shower worked fine, but there was visible mould around the base—something a quick spray could fix. • Doors had noticeable hand marks and could do with a good wipe down, especially since rooms are shared by strangers. Overall though I would deffo recommend staying here and would happily book again! :)

   I've spent 6 days at Happy. I love the idea of a private pod, it has everything you need (curtain for privacy, ipad stand, socket and private light). The staff were great and helpful. My only issue really was with the showers that was either too hot or too cold. I've let Alex know about it and hopefully this will be fixed. In general, people are nice, living room is quite big and comfy

   I had a great time staying at Happy Brighton. The staff and management team are very helpful and responsive. There's always someone interesting to talk to in the common room and the location is fantastic, very close to the sea and in quite a happening part of town. Would recommend!

   Amazing hostel with a good atmosphere and welcoming staff. The location is really convenient. There is a lounge area where you can meet other guests and the sleeping pods are also fine if you want you own privacy. I recommend this place.

   My friend and I stayed here in a mixed dorm over the weekend. We loved it!!! It is in the perfect location, close to everything. The people working here are so nice, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are perfect for what you need and they offer some privacy with the curtain at the front of each bed. I loved it and I will definitely be back!
