“My room was up on the fourth floor, which was exhausting, but the room itself was lovely. If you book via a third party app like booking.com you have to message them yourself to get your door code, as noone ever answers the phone. It's right next to the beach, perfect location!”

“We had a work conference here for 1 night. The staff were amazing and very helpful though the whole event. The rooms were spacious with lovely decor. Had a partial sea view, which was amazing to see during the day.”

“From a review on TripAdvisor ------------------------- A fantastic house for our group of girls. Each bedroom was clean, with all towels and bedding provided. Plenty of storage for all of our belongings. The kitchen was the best part of a beautiful house. Clean, modern with all the equipment that we needed. The large table was perfect for breakfast as a group. It had plenty of space to prepare and cook our meals. The bathrooms were very clean, and having a bathroom on each floor with bedrooms was great. Again, lots of space to store our belongings as well. The living room was bigger than the pictures make it look. Lots of room for a girly night in. The sofas were comfy, and having some that were also sofa beds was very useful. They were also provided with the bedding if we wanted to use them. Also, there were a plenty of sets of keys, which was useful for people to go and do their own thing without worrying about getting back to the house. The house was close to the beach front, was approx. a 10 minute walk to the Pier, and taxi's were very reasonable. Being in a residential area it was quiet during the day and at night. Pam's customer service was excellent, very quick to reply to emails with all the information that was required. Advanced emails about payments that were due was helpful. The deposit was promptly returned to my account as well. Lots of additional information was at the house in a folder. To summarise, a brilliant stay in a house that exceeded our expectations. I would recommend it to a group of friends, or families alike. If I go to Brighton again, I'll be sure to check if this is available! Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“I really enjoyed our stay here, and could tell that the staff put alot of effort into welcoming us. The towels were folded into flowers and all sitting on our beds. The room was in very good condition, and the beds comfy. The only downside was taking our bigger luggage bags down the narrow stairwell because there is no lift. Would absolutely reccomended staying here!”

I think my room number was 316 when I encountered a problem with the use of the shower/bath he was very helpful with this helping me being later in the evening on a Saturday...Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet! “We had a great stay with my extended family in this house in Brighton. It was very large, well equipped, pleasantly furnished and clean. The location was first rate. Extremely close to the Pier, beach and the Lanes. The owner was also very helpful. Hopefully, we will return again in the next couple of years.”

“We had a really good experience here in June / July, stayed for the week. Staff were nice. Room was clean enough, bathroom a bit on the smaller side and not cleaned properly. Great view and great location. Bedroom good size and the bed very comfortable.”

“I had a great time best place to stay during the great escape people just jamming out in the dorms with instruments it's very good I enjoyed staying in a dorm met some fantastic people the hotel was sweet as a nut too. Ps don't worry about bringing shampoo or anything like that caise there is so many people they just leave their wash stuff in the shower plenty shower wash and shampoo to go around. We all share here. Perfect”

“Stayed here as a large group of friends, the place is under new management and therefore quite hectic at the moment, but the manager was so incredibly helpful and helped us so much with anything we needed, including extra duvets etc!! The place is old, however, so windows are a bit draughty but a heater was provided in the room and once we used that, it was very toasty!! Beautiful sea view from the room, could not recommend this enough if you’re a young group of friends with somewhere cheap needed to stay!!”

“I was this school when i was first year 7 to year 12 leave, love this school is best ever, really lovely teacher, very good learn knowledge everything, All teachers very good helpful care children if any problem short it out and lots of fun when breaktime.”

“Absolutely loved it. Peace and quiet. The "pod" has everything you need. Go for a walk to Devils dyke and you will meet some 20 to 30 friendly cows. The host was very lovely. If I will need another rest days off. Will be coming back”

“We had a one night stay in the Owl’s Nest on our hike along the South Downs Way. A truly lovely spot to rest after a long day hiking, beautiful location, peaceful, well thought out cabin with everything we needed. Mandy and Darran were wonderful hosts and provided us with the most delicious sausages and fresh eggs for our breakfast, setting us up for our next day walking. Will definitely be back!!”

“Wonderful B&B in a quiet location offering great value for money. Really enjoyed our stay here, a warm welcome from the owners upon our arrival, the room had a beautiful view over the garden and field behind - We were given a map to keep of the local area and an ice cold bottle of water for the room. Tea & coffee was also available in the room. Bramble barn was a medium walk to town, maybe 15-20 minutes. Breakfast was excellent and very generous - freshly cooked to order, with vegetarian options that could easily be tweaked to a vegan cooked breakfast if required. I would 100% stay again!”

“Location great, breakfast great, parking great (for brighton), offering permits for £15 per 24hrs (that's fairly cheap) and parking outside the b&b. Room was very cozy, the blinds couldn't be closed for some reason. The couple in the room above or next to us made a lot of 'noise', which was unfortunate. Really comfortable stay.”

“Stayed in the Willow pod, really clean, well designed. Suprising a good amount of a space for a pod. Toilets and shower was extremely clean! Tim the owner was really lovely also and stopped to talk to us before we left which was very nice. The location is beautiful, so peaceful. The perfect get away space for relaxing I will deffo come back in the future I would highly visit staying here either in the pods or if you camp, staying here. Lots to do in the nearby time and it was a great touch having leaflets inside. Thank you for a great stay! Joe and Melissa”

“Perfectly situated for SDW walkers, or as a base for walks and rides in the area. Pretty village. Lovely hosts and excellent cooked breakfast in pretty country dining room. Nice and quiet, room was comfortable with garden view. Fresh milk for tea/coffee in the room was appreciated. Pub just across the road was friendly and food was plentiful and reasonably priced.”
