    I'm usually very positive and hate to leave a bad review but this hotel was filthy and smelled awful. Check in was an hour late despite multiple confirmations of the time. Window wouldn't open, tiniest bathrooms with no toilet seat. Dust bunnies on the carpet. The bedding was clean and smelled clean at least but the room we had was revolting.

    ⚠️ Deceptive Listing — Stay Away! ⚠️ ⚠️ Warning: Avoid This Hotel at All Costs ⚠️ This hotel is a nightmare disguised under multiple names. The real condition is shocking: moldy walls, unbearable odors, and absolutely nothing like the photos shown online. It’s misleading and dishonest. Communication is nearly impossible. They demand an insurance payment through a broken link, making check-in a frustrating ordeal. There’s no WiFi, no reception, and no accountability. Booking here means stress, wasted money, and a ruined experience. Do yourself a favor—avoid this place entirely.

    I booked this hotel on the understanding this was a 4 star hotel on booking.com, after looking into the hotel it was a -1 star!! Which you can clearly see by the images and the reviews. We cancelled the hotel within the correct amount of time of cancellation only to be called on the day we was meant to be coming and got harnessed by a member of staff demanding money. We asked to speak to manager and got a “NO” he was very rude and should not be working in hospitality. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This place should be shut down. Thank you.

    If you want somewhere cheap stay here. You get what you pay for. Our check in was three hours late and we didn’t feel particularly safe with the key being in a lockbox overnight on the door with an easy to guess passcode. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot, no in between. They provided tea and coffee with no kettle which was extremely helpful…. No TV remote was provided and they never responded to our questions via WhatsApp. There is no staff on the premises. The location is good - was about the only good thing.

    The concept of this hotel is very weird. You have to contact the hotel via WhatsApp and provide photo id then you get a check in code or something. On top of that you have to pay a non refundable fee which adds to the cost of the hotel. The customer service is terrible. They didn't reply to me in time with check in details so I missed my coach to Brighton and had to cancel the booking for which they only refund 9% of what you paid which is like daylight robbery. Given the multitude of choice in Brighton for actual hotels with proper check in at the same price point I would avoid this place!

    Can’t say much for the rooms as we didn’t end up staying there. Just writing this to add to the pile of justified terrible reviews. They don’t tell you about the deposit until a day before you’re due to go and won’t give you the codes to access the place without the deposit. From all the other reviews they seem to scam you and keep it, which is why i didn’t pay. They also come under two different hotel names (just another red flag) probably to hide the fact there’s awful reviews of them stealing deposits. Dont book with these frauds!

    Worst experience ever since it never started... I reserved a room on booking but couldn't enter the place. I was able to reach nobody on the phone nd no one could give me indications to get my room and simply getting in the structure. Of course the didn't give me the money back either... An absolute fraud

    The worst "hotel" I've ever stayed at. You should call it the great escape because we had great fun (not) trying to leave the premises with nothing or no one being friendly enough to help us with how to unlock the door it was a massive ballache and I WONT be returning My advice is save your anger and book else where its not worth it at all. We managed to sort it out after an hour while the others was just watching us did ask for help but got sarcastic comments from the tenants disgusting behaviour.

    Been adv as a hot tub but as soon as you book it you get auto message saying tub is out of order. Arrived but code wont work. Called the reception but was asking me to watch a YouTube video how to unlock the keybox after explaining the code wont work. Left to wait. None came to let me in or called back. I had to call and wait. After long efforts they figured out the code has been changed. Not great start. Few narrow stairs to climb, no lift. Getting into a dusty room with No curtain in the shower and No cold water in the shower and no water pressure. Rooms so closed to each other you could hear everything, not great if you trying to sleep. bed- you could feel the springs underneath Only offered 10% for the next booking. Said there is nothing else could offer

    On arrival we didn’t have the email to enter the property. I rang the telephone number i had a call the night before and the lady on the other end kindly helped us with the codes. When we have entered the room we could not locate any towels. I rang back the number again and after checking and calling back the lady said that there are no staff available to bring us the towels so she’ll send an uber. As much as she was super helpful and kind it was still disappointing to us as we have missed our dinner reservation having to wait for the towels to take a shower and get ready. As if this was not enough trouble, - the water in the shower was scorching hot and whatever we have tried the temperature did not go down. The water was getting hotter and hotter as we showered. I could not wash out my hair properly as it felt like my skin was going to burn if i stay in the shower any longer. Again i rang the number back and of course the kind lady was not able to send anyone to help as it was the evening. She did say that someone was going to come in the morning but we couldn’t wait to get out by 9am the next morning as we had a really unpleasant stay. Obviously we did not even attempt showering again in the morning as we didn’t want to get burned. So we left without being able to have a wash in the morning. Not to even mentioned that we barely got any sleep due to a man banging the doors and shouting somewhere in the building. Also every time my daughter moved in her top bunk the bed screeched really loudly and woke me up. No has bothered to even to respond to my complaint at all. It’s been a week and not even acknowledgment email. Doesn’t look like they are bothered at all! Avoid at all costs!
