I was due to stay here a while back, but on arrival there was no key waiting for me in reception. I made contact with somebody from the apartments and was informed the third party booking agency had cancelled my booking. I therefore had nowhere to stay that night so had to return home. I later found out this booking was in fact cancelled by the apartments themselves as they had probably secured a better rate for my room. The person I spoke to informed me they had stopped using the services of this third party booking agency as they have had problems with them before. This has never been the case and I see they are still using their services to this day. The agency was a lot more helpful, however and refunded me straight away. I would not recommend staying here.

Very congested room, Not expect even a single bottle of water in the room, Not even a single shelf or cupboard to keep your clothes or anything, Not seen any personal either to complain, kettle and glasses are there but you need to wash it thoroughly. The only good thing is the heating, which is quite good

Would recommend the garden studio apartment! It was very clean (most important factor!) and nicely decorated. Shower water pressure and hot water was great and powerful. It is pet friendly - the charge per pet per stay is £25. Having access to a patio garden when you have a dog is so useful and convenient. Location is perfect too, 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to Queen’s Park. It is a basement flat so you have to be careful going down the narrow basement stairs. Residential parking permits available for £15 per day, would highly recommend getting this as plenty of street parking is available to utilise this permit. Room for improvement: Garden isn’t private whatsoever, around 6 or 8 windows from other rooms overlook it, please add a small canopy or parasol umbrella so that there can be some privacy and also shelter from the rain. Dog friendly but no adjustments made for dog, there is no dog poop bin given for outside or dog bowls / mats. No recycling facilities - only one black bag given. Sponge and wash cloth was provided, but no dish drainer or rack. Hand wash provided but no shower gel. Only 1 and half toilet roll provided for 4 night stay. Complementary breakfast is some cereal bars, cereal boxes, juice and milk, not sure if they accommodate for dietary requests but one of us is vegan so couldn’t have anything. The TV can only be watched from the sofa bed, adding a swivel mount would allow it to be watched from the bed. There is no mobile network available in the room, WiFi is available but not great, connectivity should be improved. A full length mirror would also be nice.

Any bed & breakfast that thinks a miniature box of cereal qualifies as a breakfast needs to re-evaluate their advertising. Tiny room, no wardrobe, and a shared shower room and toilet. The last point I should have realised when booking, but i didn't think that any guest house worth its reputation thinks that guests would want to share a toilet. We won't be back, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Its location was all that got it a 2nd star. Thankfully, we didn't allow it to spoil our visit to Brighton, which we absolutely loved ❤️

Great place, they really know how to look after there guests, little touches such as mini fridge, with milk and juice, some breakfast bars. We had family room which had en-suit bathroom and you could see the sea if you pop your head out of the window. Although the room was great one thing which is not in there control was the noise outside, can be loud at night, they do provide you with ear plugs

Stayed for one night and booked room with private bathroom, which was separate from our room and had a key for. A bit annoying, very small but a good price for most hotels in Brighton. Nobody was there when we arrived or answered the phone to check times for checking in, but nice staff. Bring your own pillows tho, these were a bit naff. Quiet place and nearby the town centre tho
