   I've been coming to the Barber's Lodge since it first open and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jon & his team of barbers are all steller, amazing barbers, incredibly friendly and greatly accommodating. Multiple times Jon has been fully booked for weeks (a testament to how highly rated they are) and yet still made the effort to fit me in to his schedule. They make great effort to serve the local community and always go above and beyond. There is no shortage of barbers in Seaford, but The Barber's Lodge is far atop the pile.

   I came in to get a haircut about a week prior to Christmas. I had Tom who repeatedly called me 'buddy' which I found quite irritating. He then proceeded to give me a high fade, despite my specific request for a low fade. Once the hair comes off, it's a bit hard to go back. And I did point to a reference point to clarify prior to him starting. He then argued with me as to what a 'low fade' is. No other barber seems to have any issues with such a simple instruction. Even googling the words 'low fade mens haircut' brings up images of a 'low fade', the haircut that I wanted. After being told I was wrong (great customer services) I was asked to pay for the haircut that I didn't want. I was fuming by the time I'd arrived back home. I now look like a thug because of this and I didn't even get an apology (other than an apology for the misunderstanding after I'd been told I was wrong). I have emailed them to ask if they'd try and find some resolution to this. But, was ignored. You really need to work on your customer services. You're dealing with people's image. When you mess up, an apology is appreciated. I will not be returning. £23 to be repeatedly called 'buddy' (possibly because you cannot retain a name?) and have the haircut you didn't want. Bargain.

   Best barbershop in seaford by a mile. Tom has Been cutting my hair for while now, always showed respect, given helpful advice and always a lovely smile to be accompanied with. Any of the gents in the shop will accompany you with respect and make you feel valued as a customer. Very good barbers at The Barbers Lodge.

   Always a friendly welcome and convivial atmosphere. Most importantly good haircuts every time. John has created a stylish and contemporary feel to the salon with an eye for detail including guitars on the wall and chrome and copper features throughout. A must to visit for a haircut even if you live outside if Seaford.

   What an amazing team. Headed by Jon the owner, you'll not find a more professional, expert and friendly team of people. Consistently excellent, each cut has been fantastic, I'd be there every week if my beard grew that quickly!

   Autistic friendly!!! Took my son, we had been looking for Jon the owner since first lockdown. He had moved from old rundown shop(not his) and here he was, running the best laid out barbers in town. Great service, my son felt very relaxed(unusual for him) and everything you would expect from a top notch barbers was here except the prices, which were below what they could charge. Great staff, great atmosphere, great haircut. Fully recommend.

   Just taken my son who's nearly 8 year's old and has known Jon for year's now. Amazing service as ever and Jon is always amazing with him. Always makes him feel at ease. Everyone wearing masks and faceguards. Totally safe. Make sure you book on-line which will save a lengthy wait if a walk in. Great job guy's!
