I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Brighton for a weekend. The hotel boasts a great location, situated only about a 15-minute walk to the sea front and 10-minutes to the shops. Due to our IHG status, we got an upgraded room, which is always a nice surprise. The room was large and modern, featuring everything you could need for a comfortable stay - the bathroom was especially nice. There was also the bonus of having a small kitchen within the suite - perfect for those staying for more than a few days. The complimentary breakfast was nice, offering a good selection of hot dishes alongside a continental buffet. Overall it was a great experience that combines comfort, and location perfectly. I'd definitely stay again, and it's a great choice for a weekend in Brighton.

Fantastic experience. Lovely receptionist and welcome. Clean, modern, luxurious room, well beyond what I was expecting at this price point. Comfortable bed, pillows etc. Possibly the best shower I've ever had. Excellent breakfast. 1 min walk from station but very quiet. Overall very impressed, would definitely stay again if in Brighton and will actively look for other locations in the chain next time I'm travelling.

Staybridge Suites Brighton Station ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Brand new, perfectly located, and surprisingly spacious — Staybridge Suites at Brighton Station is a strong contender if you want comfort and convenience in one. The rooms are large, modern, and well thought out, with generous bathrooms that actually feel like they were designed for humans, not hobbits. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful — a real plus in a chain hotel. Breakfast, though, is… let’s just say it’s not the headline act. The “hot” food feels like an afterthought, but honestly, the property itself makes up for it. You’ll forgive a token breakfast when you’ve got this much space and calm right beside the chaos of the station. Insider tip: if you’re hauling heavy luggage, brace yourself — the lift from street level up to the station seems to be on permanent sabbatical. Expect stairs, sweat, and an unexpected arm workout. Consider it complimentary resistance training. Would I stay again? Definitely — but next time, I’ll travel light. This one’s an easy choice for anyone wanting modern comfort in the heart of Brighton.

We have had wonderful stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Traveling with 1 year old baby we needed peace, quiet and cleanliness to be on top and Staybridge delivered all of that. Everyone was so very friendly and welcoming - from breakfast team, everyone at the reception and housekeeping staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone - any requests we had, any queries was promptly dealt with. Breakfast served each day was fresh and a selection was good. Special thanks to Elena and Inta for making our stay worry and stress free.

Don’t often leave reviews but I know this hotel is just starting out! Had a lovely nights stay here, the receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. Shower was incredible, bed was warm and comfy and loved the room layout. Super clean and had everything I needed. Also loved the little reception shop saved me having to head out in the rain. Glad I booked!

The location is great if you want easy access to the train station (less than a 10 minute walk) and a Sainsbury's supermarket (just across the street). It's probably around 15 - 20 minutes walk to the seafront. The kitchen has a combined fridge freezer, microwave and hobs plus all the cooking utensils needed to prepare basic meals. The hot water for the shower was hot enough, but the hot tap for the bath only dispensed warm water. (Most likely a safety feature to prevent scalding. If you want a proper hot bath, you'll be disappointed). Toiletries are full size bottles. The plug sockets in the room accept USB-A but not USB-C, which seems like an oversight for a brand new hotel. The TV had basic Freeview channels but no ability to access iPlayer or log into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts. There is only a small table in the room, which serves as the desk and place to eat. That's fine if you are spending a limited time working, but a proper desk and ergonomic chair would be desirable for longer periods. Breakfast was comparable to what you get in a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton by Hilton - cereals, fruit, toast, pastries and limited hot options. If you are an IHG Rewards member this is a huge improvement over the tired and dated Holiday Inn on the seafront. My room type was King Studio Suite with Bathtub.

Loved our stay at the Staybridge suites, the staff were very attentive and friendly, we were given guides etc on arrival, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the little kitchen was perfect. Absolutely loved the bath! If I had one wish it would be that there were more hot options for breakfast, such as bacon or beans, but what was there was very tasty so can’t complain :) we will definitely be back!!

A rather sparse room with nothing 'home from home' about it. I like a firm bed, but this was boarding on painful and just awful pillows. I did feel like I was sleeping in the kitchen and the idea of a communal laundry takes me back to being a student. The shower was fantastic, but breakfast left a lot to desired! Nothing to entice me or stay for a prolonged period of time.
