   I stayed with Student Brighton for my first year at university and I couldn't have asked for a better landlord to help make my first year so great! I had a problem with my sink being blocked and emailed the landlord and the next day they came over to fix it, as well as when my bed broke, they got me new bed and on the same day! Overall, such an amazing landlord and well maintained property. Would definitely recommend.

   I stayed my 1st and 2nd year of uni in Bedford Square- location and room was perfect for me. The landlord Nick was always easy to get a hold of and very friendly, and if I ever had an issue it would be sorted within the day if not the following week. Only down side is the lack of common area which sometimes made the flat a bit quiet, but other than that it was a lovely first solo living experience!! :)

   I’ve been renting with Student Brighton for two years whilst I was finishing up my Undergraduate degree at the University of Sussex, and as an international student my experience was great. I would always get timely responses via email from the landlord and the renting scheme was uncomplicated and simple. Any issues with the room were always quickly resolved. The student accommodation I chose was spacious and in a great location (in a peaceful residential area, close to the bus stop, train station, as well as major shopping centres in-town) and my time there was mostly stress-free. When I was first booking viewings for the room I was also shown several options besides the one I would eventually rent out, which helped me a lot in the decision process. I would recommend, thank you for the wonderful 2 years! :-)

   Probably the best student accommodation and landlords in Brighton. My daughter rented a two-bedroom flat with her friend for her final year in university, and everything has been wonderful. In an upmarket part of Brighton, the flat was roomy, clean, and well equipped and maintained - no mouldy bathrooms or damp walls here. Nick has been absolutely great, he always responded quickly to emails and dealt with any issues (which were minor and few and far between) straight away. It's been reassuring for me not having to worry, knowing that my daughter is safe in a nice flat, with a landlord who genuinely cares. Also the full deposit was returned within less than a week of them moving out. Highly recommended.

   My daughter rented a room with this landlord for 3 years whilst she was at University. Day 1 she lost her keys. The landlord was straight in to help her despite it being a very early Sunday morning. The building is kept in a good state of repair and it is regularly checked and communal areas cleaned. I was so please we found this property as its location is fantastic and its right across the road from the landlords office. I felt very reassured knowing this family run business was very approachable and proactive. I would not hesitate to recommend Student Brighton to any parent or student.

   I moved to Brighton from Norway, and was exited to see my room. I was happy to see the room was of a great quality, and I enjoyed my time there. It was everything I needed. In addition, it was close to the sea, which I really I enjoyed. Student Brighton was always helpful with any question I had, and helped me whenever it was needed. They go the extra mile to make sure you get the best experience, which is why I highly reccommend Student Brighton for any student looking for a place to live in Brighton.

   I highly recommend Student Brighton. Having the bills included in my rent made budgeting as a student much simpler. I also found the rent to be much more affordable than that of my friends renting elsewhere in Brighton. They have a number of properties and we were able to look at a few to find the one that best met my needs and priorities. The property I lived in could not be better placed, all of the University of Brighton's city campus buildings were less than five minutes walk away. I was also close to shops and the seafront. I loved having my own kitchen. All communal areas were kept clean and tidy by cleaning staff. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. Any minor issues I had in my four years there, were fixed within 24 hours of them arising. It was so convenient finding somewhere I could live for the entirety of both my undergraduate and postgraduate education. It meant I did not have to stress about moving each year, like some of friends had to with other student rental companies.
