Friendly and welcoming staff, the location was ideal, design of the hotel and rooms is beautiful and they even went above and beyond by putting up bunting for my partners 40th. Highly recommend. Best place we have stayed in Brighton (and we have tried a few!).
We really enjoyed our stay at the Oriental. The hotel has a really comfortable atmosphere and Lola and the staff were very welcoming - the complimentary drinks and the snacks in the room were very much appreciated after a day walking round Brighton! The location is ideal, 15 mins walk from the Lanes and pier. We parked in the under ground car park at Regency Square, which was only a couple of streets away. 2 thumbs up, would definitely stay here again!
We have had a fantastic experience at the Oriental. Kind, friendly and attentive host. We loved the breakfast, fresh coffee and even cake on arrival. We enjoyed the special touches like the coffee machine in the room and the retro snacks! We love the decor of the room and the ambience of the hotel generally. I can’t recommend The Oriental enough. We will book again!

We had an excellent time here this weekend. The room was clean, smart and had everything we could need (including iron, ironing board and free sweet basket). The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely, we had the fruit with yogurt and full English. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
