The veggie breakfast and the croissant were delicious. All very well presented. Please water your plants! I felt sad for them.
Gem of a cafe with many nooks and crannies of seating areas. Small but well balanced menu. Order at counter and food delivered to the table. Very tasty food, not rushed and nice choice of cakes at the counter. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Should be called the Secret Garden, a real hidden gem. Beautifully decorated inside, just feels magical. A variety of drinks and cakes, but also proper meals, perfect for brunch on the weekend - try the sweet potato fries. Definitely worth trying this place out.
When I mentioned I was visiting Brighton, a friend strongly recommended visiting the Garden Cafe. I loved everything about my visit...friendly welcoming staff, an oasis of plants (my office is loaded with plants and has been described as the Amazon trail, so this was home from home!), atmospheric lights, a cozy vibe...oh, and the food was lovely, too! It felt very relaxed and, around me, people were taking selfies and photos of the decor. My lavender latte and my smashed avocado and salmon were delicious, and beautifully presented. Service was really quick and, while I was waiting, I just had time to explore and take some photos. The Cafe is a maze of alcoves and I later decided to return for a rose latte and pistachio cake that my friend had also recommended - equally delicious. I sat in a different section so that I could get the most out of my visit! It isn't often, for me, that the decor and atmosphere of a cafe have much of an effect on my experience, but this was special, and I really enjoyed my visit. Thank you so much.
Roses outside, curiosity inside. This place caught my eye immediately — green walls, wood accents, and plants spilling over every corner. Someone clearly cared about this space. It was packed, which made taking photos tricky, but I still managed to steal a few frames that felt worth it. The blonde girl at the bar greeted me with a smile. Didn’t stay for coffee this time — I was here for the light, the textures, and the visual mood. But something tells me I’ll be back, with time to sit.
This is a great little place for a light bite, coffee or cake. The most impressive plant themed decor works really well with furniture. My photo really doesn't do it justice. We only had coffee & cake but they were rather nice. The staff were as pleasant as the surroundings making it an excellent experience. Well worth checking out.
We got drawn in for the beautiful flower display out the front, and we ended up staying for the gorgeous food. It was well priced and we felt really comfortable in the hidden garden. The couple next to us had food envy as our plates came out!
Atmosphere was nice - and the cafe is a great spot if you like plants. Sourdough was great. The eggs were cooked perfectly. I added the extra salmon which was served very cold (I liked that). The whole dish was served beautifully - excellent lunch. The breakfast tea from ‘Tea Makers of London’ was delicious. I’ll be looking to get some of this for at home.
I was visiting Brighton for a day off to enjoy the fantastic weather with a friend. As it was a warm day, we decided to have something light to eat. It was not busy, so we sat down on the patio surrounded by plants. I love the idea of mixing a flower shop with a cafe. It is situated in the middle of a busy area, not too far from the rail station and the beach. Absolutely stunning! The menu contains a great variety of choices. The fried halloumi and their cheesecake are to die for! I really enjoyed a coffee and espresso martini as well. Thank you Garden Cafe Brighton. Definitely, I will visit you soon!
Beautiful place! A bit pricey, I've ordered a piece of quiche and a coffee and it was 9.95. The quiche was really tasty. And the staff were nice. Also you can buy plants in there as well.
