   My cat Oreo broke his leg in the night I took him in first thing in the morning and they were amazing so reassuring, from start to finish he received top care I was so impressed. They answer the phone to answer all my questions all through the day! He had surgery there the team were amazing especially the surgeon he explained everything that Oreo was going to have done, and handled my daughters questions at a very worrying time for her (she’s eight) and put her at ease. I can’t recommend them enough they are incredible caring team. Thank you for all you did for our little family.

   I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. As well as putting me at ease, I have never seen our cat so relaxed with a vet! I was given plenty of constructive advice after our cat had a thorough check up. This was my first visit and I have no concerns about further appointments. Five stars!

   I joined Pet Practice around a year ago and have always found the service exceptional. The nursing and reception team are always friendly and helpful and we have built up a good relationship over the last year. The vet team are compassionate and sympathetic and treat every animal with respect. The knowledge they have is excellent and you can rest assured your pets are in good and safe hands with them. I would not hesitate to give them a glowing reference. Well done to Ben and the team!

   I can not recommend the team here enough. My cat needed surgery but the cost my original vets quoted was something I could not commit tso I felt the best thing would be for me to hand him over to cats protection as this would have been the only way he could get the treatment he needed. This was not an easy decision and it took a lot of phone calls and emails for me to get to that point. I had totally lost hope and was beside myself. Luckily my mum popped into the practise last minute to ask for some advise and they advised they could carry out the surgery and provide the treatment for almost half the price!!!! I couldn't believe it, so I quickly got him registered and booked in. From start to finish the team were amazing and provided the best care for my boy. If it wasn't for Ben and his great team, I would not have my boy with me now, I can't thank them enough.
