Tom was able to do a carpet clean at ridiculously short notice, which we were incredibly grateful for, prior to us moving into a new flat. The carpets were not in great shape and are now considerably improved, and they dried very quickly. Tom was very friendly and polite. Thanks again Tom!

Turned up exactly when arranged. Cleaned a mattress for me and did an amazing job. Good price too. Have arranged for him to come back and clean all my carpets next month. Came back and did just as good a job on carpets. I would highly recommend
So happy with Cleaning Doctor. We have a large open plan office space which had many stains which Tom and his lovely assistant Charlie managed to get clean. The office smelt gorgeous too. I couldn't be happier and would definitely use Tom again.
Really good service. Talked with him on call gave me instant quatation on whats app gave a very good price. Next day he came 15 minutes early and did everything. The carpets looks so much better now it was a mess before i moved in . All stains are also removed. Those who wants carpet clean give cleaning doctor a try. I have attached before after pics
My very, very old cream carpets look as good as new. Really. I literally did a jaw-drop when Tom and Anne-Marie had finished. I couldn't believe how clean they looked. I'm SO pleased. They are such lovely people to have in your home. They're really quick, efficient and have fantastic cleaning equipment. They also cleaned an armchair that was in a bad state and made it look great. They are the best carpet cleaners we've ever had and I will definitely be using them again!
Highly professional and did a fantastic job. Was going to get a new sofa because of how stained it was from babies and pets. But it now looks brand new. Will definitely use again in the future.
Tom came to clean my sofa after it had been in storage as well as having some pet stains. My partner was really skeptical and he was impressed about how well the sofa came up after Tom's work. The sofa looks like new. He's definitely your guy if you want a professional job done at a good price with great customer service.
I cannot recommend Tom and Alex enough. From the moment I contacted them to get a quote, Tom was quick to get back to me and very accommodating with times. On the day, they showed up on time and were ever so friendly, and did the job in record time without compromising on quality. The carpets feel as good as new! Tom and Alex even helped me look for the cat, which had managed to hide in the most obscure corner. These guys are amazing, I hope I could give more than 5 stars.
Tom and his team have done a superb job on our carpets and sofas. I left him keys to our house, to do the cleaning whilst we were away, and I have come back to what looks like a new house. I’m so impressed. There were 8 year old red wine stains and all the other marks and blemishes that 2 young children contribute to which have literally vanished. Punctual, professional, tidy, trustworthy and generally a lovely genuine person. I can recommend Tom without hesitation. Superb job. Thank you. I will definitely be calling on you again.
