I dropped my newish hoover and the top came apart. Took it into R&R Electrical and they were amazing! Fixed it in less than 24 hours and only charged me £10. Great service and very friendly. Would highly recommend.
My miele vacuum which was struggling is now performing brilliantly since it's service , it's now back to its super suction. Brought it in on Weds and ready by Thursday morning, many thanks for fitting it in and servicing it so quickly.
I have been coming to this expert shop for years with first a Dyson and now a Henry. Small repairs are done within the hour and often with no or little charge. Would wholeheartedly recommend

Superb and speedy service. Our Dyson had never seen a service, not even an amateur one by me in the 12 years we've had it so it went to R&R in a poor state. It has come back looking almost brand new and functioning as if it was completely brand new. They collected it from home and dropped it back off. Such an easy service to book and use and will give our Dyson many more years of life. Highly recommended!
I popped in to get a replacement part for my shaver. I was glad I did. Jay and the team are welcoming, knowledgable, honest folk. They know their stuff! Having since experienced their vacuum cleaner repairs/services, I can confirm they are spot on in terms of quality, speed and value. I would highly recommend these guys in Hove to fix any issues with your hoover. I first took my Dyson to them for a service a month back, they were quicker than expected and called when they said they would call. The staff in store were very friendly and informative. When receiving the hoover back it worked as though it was new. Sadly through no fault of theirs, it broke down due to me dropping it and again took it to them and they provided fab service. Again, staff helpful friendly and informative. It didn’t take them long to inform me of what was wrong and how much it would cost. The cost was cheaper than expected and again the machine was back to working normally again. Don’t take your vacuum anywhere else. These guys are fab :). Will certainly continue to use their services.
