I booked Stellar end of tenancy cleaning for my uni house at the start of August and Niv and his team were absolutely amazing! The team were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. The place looked spotless afterwards and managed to get every detail, from the kitchens to the bathrooms, which gave me real peace of mind for my deposit return. Niv and his team did a great job with the end of tenancy cleaning. Floors, worksurfaces, cupboards, oven, hobs, windows, cornices, toilets, sinks, wash basin, bath - they were all thoroughly cleaned. Very good communication, too, which made scheduling easy.
End tenancy clean for one bed flat very poor. Inside cupboard, microwave etc food . Food left in freezer and not defrosted or cleaned. Shower brown and limescale not cleaned. Top waterfall shower not cleaned at all. Stainless steel sink plugs brown and had hair in them. Razor left in soap tray etc…top kitchen cupboards and some doors dusty, offered to revisit but decided to get my own cleaner to reclean as I’m a remote landlord and live 80 miles away. They visited day before the clean to do some pre cleaning and then following day to finish but not a good job and I am a prof landlord so have employed lots of end of tenancy cleaners
Without a doubt the best cleaning company in Brighton/Hove. Niv squeezed us in last minute after another cleaning company did an awful service on our flat. The level of service Niv provided is beyond amazing. We thought our hobs were completely ruined due to the tenants cooking but Niv restored them and now they look brand new!
