   Auntie viv, we cannot thank you enough for looking after our cat, he very vocal at home and we are so glad he came out of his shell and was chatting to everyone at the hotel, we was so anxious to leave him for his first stay away from home but viv you settled our nerves and with the daily videos and updates it just made us relax while on holiday, knowing he was safe and well looked after, anyone looking to leave there cat while on holiday then viv will be the best person.    I was very wary of using a cattery for my two as they had only been in a cattery once and it was a bad experience, but we really liked the look of this place and genuinely felt we could trust the owner and our cats would be treated well. We got regular updates and videos of Mogh and Lola and could see they were looked after. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Posh Paws, and we are certainly using them again.

   I highly recommend Posh Paws Cat Hotel. I was apprehensive about leaving my cat Bobby in a cattery, however once I met Viv I was reassured he was being left in good hands. When I dropped Bobby off, Viv gave me a tour of the cattery which is really well constructed. It is clear that she is a cat lover and looks after your cat as if they are her own. Each afternoon Viv sent a 2 minute video reassuring me that Bobby was being well looked after and comfortable in his environment. Viv goes the extra mile to make sure the cats are comfortable by regularly giving them cuddles and speaking to them. The heated beds and fish tv were a great addition! I was completely reassured that Bobby would be safe and happy during his stay.

   Viv, or Auntie Viv, as we call her, is amazing! She cares for all the cats as if they were her own. The hotel has lovely guest suites, with different beds, levels, and cat tree. There is gentle music playing during the day and wonderful a aromatherapy smell to help the guests relax. PoshPaws is only a small cattery, so each cat gets plenty of attention. A wonderful place run by a lovely lady, who will do anything for your cat. I wouldn't put my Libby anywhere else!

   I had never used a cat hotel before and it’s safe to say I will never use another! As soon as I saw the hotel and met Viv, I felt comfortable and that my cat would be in the next best hands! I came to visit and could see how all the cats who were in the hotel were happy and comfortable and all loved Viv. The video updates I got daily were a lovely touch that made me feel even more comfortable with my cat being there. He came back happy as always which was amazing to see My cat will 100% be coming back to stay with Viv!

   I feel as though I’ve won the lottery by finding Viv and her cat hotel. My two cats have just spent a fortnight with her. The place is spotlessly clean with plenty of enrichment and cuddles provided. The daily videos were very reassuring and the cats have returned home healthy, happy and extremely relaxed. I will definitely be using Posh Paws again - thank you Viv for your dedication.

   The absolute best Cat Hotel. Viv the owner adores cats and looked after Braxton superbly - including giving him his medication. We even received a daily WhatsApp video! The cats have lots of individual space and they all looked very contented. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   Having never used a cat hotel before and not knowing what to expect, I was blown away by the level of care Viv offers. We looked before our cat went and stayed. It was clean and the other cats looked at home there, the space each cat gets in their ‘pen’ is quite generous. Viv puts a lot of her time into each cat that stays with her, and a bonus is she sends a lovely video each night which was welcomed. Highly recommend Posh Paws Cat Hotel and will be using her again in the future. Thank you Viv. Xx
