There's a man who works here whom I could have hugged. I came to him in an anxious state about our chihuahua. He helped me so much and was no nonsense , practical and an all round nice guy. Thank you to him and his gentle, cheerful colleagues
Super duper helpful and knowledgeable staff! Took my cocker spaniel in to be fitted for a perfect fit harness, found a combination to fit perfectly but didn’t have the colour I wanted, ordered it and was in within the week. Always have tasty treats for my fussy dog! Always friendly and welcoming and a very dog friendly store. Best pet shop around for cats and dogs!
The loveliest pet store I’ve ever been in! Dogs are very welcome, and can expect a good fuss an probably a free treat or two. Staff are lovely and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Wonderful friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff with beautiful good quality, natural products for cats & dogs. Nothing was too much trouble for Josh, so much patience with all my queries.
