“Great shop, staff are really knowledgeable and always keen to help. Great variety of products. My dachshund loves the treats I get him from Pets Corner, especially the chicken steak strips, which seem to make his coat glossy and give the fur on the end of his willy a glossy full bodied appearance, for his size it’s quite a long willy so this does improve his look. Great local pet shop.”

“Always have a variety of reptile food and accessories and is super local for me. Staff are always polite, helpful and really friendly. Prefer to buy from them than online reptile stores”

“I had to visit the PDSA with a cat I found that had been run over. The staff were brilliant, letting me go through the side door so people in the waiting room wouldn't see the cat that had died en route. They were kind and considerate and helped me find the owner of the cat shop I could tell them what had happened.”

His product knowledge and advice was extensive and very useful when choosing products that would be most suitable for my dog. Although this store isn't that close to home, I'd definitely go back next time I'm in the area and recommend this store to others.”

“Not only the best experience at a pet store, but possibly the best customer service experience I've ever received. I recently moved to the area and have been visiting this store for all of my dogs needs. Every time I visit the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They remember me and my pet, as well as his needs and use that knowledge to make well informed recommendations. I must say, it is a joy going in every time. They always seem genuinely happy to see me and my dog and it's very clear they have a deep love for animals. My dog doesn't like being touched on his behind and one of the staff even sat with me and my dog and showed me some training exercises to help combat that. I can't recommend this place enough, if you are in the area, please pay these guys a visit.”

“We popped in here to pick up some dog toys, what a lovely pet store with a nice selection of bits n bobs for your pet. If you're a cat lover then it's worth popping in just to see the owners free roaming cats. Super friendly and happy for a pet, the cats were in abundance!”

“We went into the Uckfield store looking for a flea control product for our Labrador and had outstanding advice from Polly. She analysed our issue and suggested the problem might be food, rather than flea related. She took time to look up an analysis of different food products that we might consider, including one we had just bought from a local supermarket. In the end we didn’t buy anything in store but will definitely be back when we need more food. Thank you Polly, top job.”

“Fantastically friendly, accommodating and charming hosts. Fun and quirky interiors. Incredibly clean. Located moments from the seafront. Really delicious breakfasts using good ingredients. Even the coffee and tea selection in the room is well stocked and well thought out. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm next in Brighton!”

“Just wanted to say thank you to vet Lizzie for helping me with Mog. She did everything she could for him and then recommended next best step was referral which I did and it was the best thing for Mog. He is likely to still see Lizzie once a month for a monthly injection. Lizzie has also been brilliant helping me with my very elderly guinea pig! The whole team are very friendly and helpful.”

“Always look after may baby Rio well. Friendly staff and always remind me when she is due her checkups and boosters etc. the pet club is a bargain as it covers all checkups, annual boosters and kennel cough spray and worming tablets and flea treatment. Also will cut claws and express anal glands as part of service. Discounts off specialised foods too. Would definitely recommend”

“I've been here many times in the past but not for the last 2 years we recently got a puppy and he had her injection here the vet was very good and receptionist for the vet really nice and welcoming. After we saw the vet, we had a good look around and bought some stuff for the puppy, all the stuff is very competitively priced. We will definitely be going back to the Hailsham store again.”

“I didn't even know this place existed! I've now been there 3 or 4 times since buying my fish tank. Great array of fish, knowledgable and friendly staff, an awesome place for all of your aquatic needs. Each time i've been it has been quite busy, so be patient when waiting for assistance. I'll be a regular customer here.”

“Stayed here in a tent. I'm a solo traveller, so it cost me £49 for two nights. Facilities were top class and clean. There is a freezer in the block close to the reception. They don't have a shop, but there are plenty of shops a short distance away, including a large Asda. There is also a small bistro on-site that sells fresh pizza, pealla and lasagne etc. Easy walking distance to the marina. The town is about 45 minutes walk. I used the bus at £2.50 each way. The bus is the 1X and the bus stop is opposite Lidl a short walk away. You catch the same 1X back at bus stop C on north street (close to the royal pavilion) There is access to the south downs walk a short walk away, so plenty to do.”

“Local Shopper here. After years of getting dog toys that my dog would destroy within minutes but he was only interested if it had a squeak, the staff helped me find the perfect product that is now his favourite toy. Thank you so much, one happy customer and one very loud dog!”

“We have had wonderful stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Traveling with 1 year old baby we needed peace, quiet and cleanliness to be on top and Staybridge delivered all of that. Everyone was so very friendly and welcoming - from breakfast team, everyone at the reception and housekeeping staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone - any requests we had, any queries was promptly dealt with. Breakfast served each day was fresh and a selection was good. Special thanks to Elena and Inta for making our stay worry and stress free.”

“Had a wonderful stay at the Sea Spray Hotel! The location is perfect, right opposite the seafront and Brighton Pier. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local recommendations. Yemisi is fantastic with our kitten Ted and makes our appointments easy & enjoyable for us both! “We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.”

“I had a vet appointment for one if mt kittens, so I got on the bus to hollingbury. The vet was very kind, considerate and professional. I am based with their service. I also bought some trea5s for the kittens, while I was waiting. The shop has a large variety of products for dogs, cats, rabbits, and aquarium fish.”

“Good accommodation with great snack boxes and generous tea/coffee but tiny bathroom (shower, loo and handbasin crammed in a tiny space) means it can only score 4. Never saw any staff so didn't rate service, but they did organise parking permit. Location is good five to ten minutes from centre. Feel I'm rating it lower than it deserves.”

“Clare is amazing, has never let us down and my two dogs love when she comes in everyday. She plays with one and cuddles the other just how they like it and she also keeps us updated by sending photos and messaging us of how their day is going. So thankful we found her”
