   First of all, everyone is friendly & welcoming. And greet me by my name. Secondly, they took time to see if they could get a specific cat food I was after. Thirdly, they pack the shopping in my trolley if I need help. And lastly, they have delivered when I have been unable to get out. For no extra charge. It’s such a personal service and I feel like a friend more than a customer. They also stock such a variety of pet food for a village store. And are very helpful in finding what you need. We are lucky to have them.

   Just moved to Lancing and popped in here to check it out. Fantastic pet shop, well stocked with all I need for my labrador - Susie and Nick were really lovely and it was a pleasure to chat with them both. I will look no further for all my pet supplies - they also said they can order items in if they don’t have it

   As much as Tony was lovely also, I am sure he is enjoying his much needed retirement. It’s so lovely that it has been taken over by such a lovely lady who is just as helpful to everyone and goes above and beyond to get what she can if possible. Only been a few weeks and your doing an amazing job. At least you respected Tony’s wishes and kept it a pet shop.
