I brought in our beloved Henry in yesterday as the power was cutting in and out, making it unusable. The customer service at Bargain Vacuum Centre was absolutely second to none, lovely welcome, big smile and an assurance that it could be fixed within the next few days. By 10am today (24hrs later) I'd been contacted with a very reasonable quote and by 3pm our Henry was completely fixed AND fully serviced! Tried him out and the suction feels just like it did fresh out the box 6yrs ago! I had no idea that this amazing place existed until yesterday...I can't believe I missed it. I will be thoroughly recommending it to everyone I meet from now on!!
Great service! Free quotation offered and it was a great value so went ahead with the repairs. We destroyed our old Miele with hovering up after our DIY attempts! We were able to drop the vacuum off and get it back within a matter of days. Also very happy to saved another vacuum from landfill! Great company and fully recommend to everyone!
Brilliant local business. When I lived in London I had to catch a bus for 40 minutes to get to a vacuum cleaner repair man. This guy, a Poets Corner mainstay, is a life saver. Repairs are fast and reasonably priced and he has all the other ephemera you might also need like bags and tools.
