   A cat cafe without the cafe! Hassocks pet centre is a large, well stocked pet shop with the added bonus of the 25 free roaming cats that live there! Upon entering the shop you are welcomed by a number of large, friendly fluffy felines all very at home, sitting on the counter, climbing on the shelves, wandering around or asleep on the sacks of hay or feed. My son was delighted when a cute black cat he was petting jumped onto his shoulder and stayed there like a parrot! The owner was very friendly and happy for us to stay and chat and stroke the cats. A really lovely place! Definitely a must visit if you are a cat lover.

   We love Hassocks Pet Centre! It's so convenient to have a pet shop in a place I go normally, and they have a really good range of stock. The prices are good too. I feel great supporting an independent, local shop. The cats and parrot are a definite bonus! Keep it up, Hassocks Pet Centre! Full disclosure, the shop supports our business (Happy Paws Spay-Neuter) and we support theirs, as we are both small local businesses and love pets

   Hassocks Pet Centre is like no other pet shop I've ever been in. Apart from having a great selection of all your pet needs, there are also masses of friendly cats just wandering around, sitting on the armchairs or lying about on the till. There is also a parrot, who imitates the cats meows, rabbits and guinea pigs (to be stroked, not for sale) and pictures of the owner with his fox and squirrel. On top of that super friendly, helpful staff. Worth a trip to Hassocks, just to visit this place.

   We popped in here to pick up some dog toys, what a lovely pet store with a nice selection of bits n bobs for your pet. If you're a cat lover then it's worth popping in just to see the owners free roaming cats. Super friendly and happy for a pet, the cats were in abundance!

   Wanted to visit this place as a few of my fellow carers colleages was raving about this place. Decided to come and visit this place to see what was the fuss about. Anywho...Cats are lovely and friendly. But the humans are not. Completely avoided eye contact and did not even say "hi". Maybe because we were not English...felt really uncomfortable. Was going to give them business but...nevermind.

   What a lovely small pet shop with over 20 cats sleeping around and happy. Owner is such a nice chap who really cares about all his cats. Hopefully they start serving coffee soon as I love to come just to visit the cats. Oh and you can buy here all your pet supplies as well.
