“Our older cat was getting rather poorly, thyroid, kidneys and liver. A couple of months later after her appointment, she had seizures. We had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot praise Pet Doctors enough, they were gentle, compassionate, caring, kind and that's just how they were with us! Absolute wrecks that we were. She was not scared when she went and that is in large part thanks to Pet Doctors. Two weeks later, a card appeared in our post with a small packet of sunflowers, from Pet Doctors, giving their sympathy, this was a very sweet and appreciated action which touched us deeply. The sunflowers have been sowed where she rests. Thank you Pet Doctors x”

“We go to animal fair at least once a month and bye in bulk thay always have a fab selection for you're gorgeous sweet animals a faimly run business always friendly polite there is always some were to park outside in the high street if you are ,lucky sim e times right out side the shop I give anamial fair 5 out of 5 on every thing and if thay don't have it thay will happily order it for you splendid lovley staff and management”

“We had a one night stay in the Owl’s Nest on our hike along the South Downs Way. A truly lovely spot to rest after a long day hiking, beautiful location, peaceful, well thought out cabin with everything we needed. Mandy and Darran were wonderful hosts and provided us with the most delicious sausages and fresh eggs for our breakfast, setting us up for our next day walking. Will definitely be back!!”

“I just love Sue and her amazing team. They look after my dogs so well when they are with them giving them amazing cuts and perfect nail trims. They use quality products leaving my dogs coats clean, shiny and smelling lovely. Biggie and Bertie always run around and have the best time also when having their pamer. Big thank you Sue and team you are truly fabulous and deserve 10 stars x”

“Lovely hotel right on the South Downs Way. We enjoyed the sun in the garden, the squirrels running around, the guest lounge with honesty bar and a great breakfast in the morning. I’d definitely recommend staying here!”

“This is a fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel very welcome and they were lovely with my dog. The room was very comfy and clean with an outside door and a patio overlooking the heated swimming pool. Alfriston itself is a lovely place to visit with lots of very welcoming, very old pubs. The hotel is a great centre to visit Alfriston.”

“Nearly always go in here for food when I visit my mother in Seaford. Simon and crew are extremely courteous and friendly and the food exceptional. All freshly made in house. They ran out of beef wellington yesterday and he quickly whipped one up for me. Doesn't come much fresher than that. Can't praise the quality or service enough. Thoroughly recommended.”

“My room was small but had everything I could want although the TV reception was a bit iffy. Breakfasts are excellent. Well situated for bus stops, station and town centre and parking for car drivers”
