Honestly wouldn't even give them a 1 star. They miss diagnosed my dog so many times. Made him wait over an hour in the heat. Told me he had kennel cough as did pet doctors.he had a lung infection and nearly died.. Spend thousand in vets bills and many more things i could rant about!!!!! His now at a new vets who found out you could of killed my dog. His waiting a huge lung operation. Disgusted and heartbroken doesn't even express how i feel

I cannot express how disgusted I am with Beechwood (and Pet Doctors as they are now under the same management.) My 3 year old boy (cat) was registered with Beechwood but had all his treatment with Pet Doctors. They charged me £800 for x-rays and blood tests (apparently ultrasounds too but funnily enough, they do not keep those on file so cannot send me proof of them), for them to tell me he had pancreatitis, when he got no better only a couple of weeks later, they made me put him through another lot of x-rays and bloods (again, apparently ultrasounds too, and this time, testing for infectious diseases, which should have been done the first time), so another £800 to then tell me he had looped intestines and maybe not pancreatitis. The vet then proceeded to tell me she never looked at his notes or previous results of x rays or bloods when I challenged why this was never picked up in the beginning. I have been waiting a total of 9 days for blood test results, and my poor boy has literally died in the process of waiting. He suffered so much during this what ended up being, 2 month process. And I am absolutely heartbroken. The vets told me they had different vets in daily, new managers and no one communicates with each other. I am in bits because of your poor care. I have spoken to multiple other veterinary practises who are also disgusted at how we have been treated and agree I should fight paying all the costs involved. I STILL have not heard from Pet Doctors regarding his results or regarding my complaint which i sent 4 days ago. You are vile.

Took great care of my dog. He only went for a check up but the lady that helped us was super friendly and they were very prompt.

Attentive, considerate and caring. I am a new customer but so far I am very pleased I made the switch from Pet Doctors. The final price was thirty pounds cheaper than quoted even though they did additional work, this leads me to feel they have your pets best interests at heart and not just after making as much as they can, unlike their counterparts in Seaford. The waiting room is clean and tidy as are the consultation rooms, however the building in general is very hot where ever you go, which when you have a Siberian Husky like we do is a small discomfort to put up, the positives far out weigh this. Lots of space too, you are not all crowded into a small practice, I no longer dred visits to the vets. Great job team x

I had the unfortunate occasion to take my cat to Beechwood because after three years of cancer she had reached the end of the road. I have never used them before but I have to say that they were so helpful and compassionate at a time when I was very upset. When I phoned to make the appointment I could hardly speak but the receptionist was calm understanding and helpful. After I explained what I needed she told me it would all be done very sympathetically. And in truth it was. I was there the whole time for my cat's final moments and the vet and the nurse were absolutely wonderful talking to my cat the whole time and being so loving and caring. I was of course distraught stroking my cat to the last but they were so understanding and kind. If this is how they treat animals and their owners at such a time then I am sure they must be a fantastically good vet to bring your pets and I can't recommend them highly enough.
