   Lovely staff, always helpful, and they all have a genuine love of all animals, always give my cat lots of strokes and soft words to help keep him calm, good pricing structure and costs well explained. Also they have a pet plan scheme which I pay monthly for, which helps with vaccinations, flea treatments, worming, and 10% off other treatments. A great vet practice.

   Awful experience over several months. They charge twice as much as they tell you it will be (even when you have proof they told you the original price), don't return your calls after they say they'll correct it and call you back, and then send you a letter threatening debt collectors because you haven't paid. Even though you were waiting for them to contact you like they told you to. There was one nice staff member, I wish I knew her name but the others I dealt with just made losing my pet a hundred times more upsetting and stressful.
