“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay at Harbour Hotel Brighton From the moment we arrived at Harbour Hotel Brighton, we were blown away by the warmth and professionalism of the team. Every single member of staff we interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. Travelling with our two Frenchies, Clouseau and Cato, can sometimes be a challenge, but the hotel could not have been more welcoming. The thoughtful touches in the room including a beautiful birthday platter, a dog bed, and a toy made the stay feel incredibly personalised. It’s rare to find a hotel that goes above and beyond not only for guests, but for their pets too. A special thank you to Moji, who handled my reservation with absolute excellence and made us feel like VIPs from the start. And of course, credit must go to Billy, whose cocktails were genuinely out of this world some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Clouseau and Cato had the best time, and so did we. As someone who works in hotel management, I can confidently say that Harbour Hotel Brighton sets a high standard for hospitality, service, and guest experience. We will definitely be returning very soon. If you’re considering booking this hotel stop thinking and book it. You won’t regret it.”

“Just spent a night here. Perfect location and the car park is a bonus. Our room was bright and clean with pleasant lighting, crisp bedding and plenty of sockets for phones etc. Good bar and pleasant staff. We didn’t have breakfast but the menu looked varied and the tables were nicely set. We look forward to returning.”

“We were recently referred by our local vets to see Gavin .Our eleven and a half year old Staffie had started to suffer from extreme lack of energy which we were concerned about.We got an early appointment with Gavin who advised us she would need to stay overnight for tests and treatments as needed .She was diagnosed with heart failure.Two months on She is a different dog running,playing and so much happier due to the medication as prescribed.So it is with the care and attention given by Gavin and his team that we have our Lovely Tia back enjoying a good life.We would highly recommend this surgery. “I have stayed at this hotel many times and I have always enjoyed my stays. Rooms are what I would expect for a 3* hotel, very comfortable beds, and they have always been clean. What I especially like is the location, which is right in the centre of Brighton, and the staff. My friends and I are members of the trans community, and we are always made to feel extremely welcome, with the staff making Premier Inn a truly inclusive business and a place I want to return too.”

“Absolutely faultless! They were professional, kind and so knowledgeable. The vets offer lots of options to cover all price ranges, they take their time and don’t rush. The nurses are friendly, gentle and have a high level of knowledge. The staff on the desk (Georgia and Hannah) are treasures who have been nothing but delightful- keeping me informed, offering manageable appointments and being friendly and compassionate. I am so glad I moved to this practice for a second opinion.”

“A warm and friendly welcome from three different receptionists really made our short stays at the beginning of December and on Christmas Eve 2025. Mary, Vicky and Mihaela( hope I have the spelling correctly) were amazing. We had a lovely room with a balcony, overlooking Brighton seafront, Brighton i360 and the West Pier(remains of). Our room was very large with a lovely en suite, a coffee machine, kettle and fridge with complimentary snacks and drinks. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee looking at the seaside was such a treat. The breakfast room is in the style of an American diner, overlooking the seafront and serving a great range of breakfast with premium jams and spreads. Our evening meal was of a good quality, especially the pizza and haddock and chips. Bar staff were always incredibly friendly. Location is great, a very short distance to Preston Street with it's huge variety of restaurants and close to Western Road with it's amazing range of shops. I agree with Hannah about slight wear and tear, but like her, I prefer to look at the positives and there were plenty.”
