   Really enjoy getting my hair cut here in general - the vibes are en point, bonus having a cute dog and cat to snuggle in the salon, and Kaia and Buck make you feel really welcomed, providing super friendly customer service! I was going for a complete colour transition bleaching virgin hair from dark to light. The staff are very attentive and put the customer first, at every step explain what’s happening and happy to answer questions. It was my first time getting my hair dyed so I was nervous and Kaia was so sweet and professional, even when I misunderstood something which led to needing a different toner, it was no problem to fix which I’m extremely grateful they took the time to do. Kaia and Buck make a great colour mixing team! They made sure I was happy before I left. I still need to lighten some parts to the barnet at the bottom, was advised to wait until my check in consultation until doing so, in order to give my hair a wee break and keep it healthy. Overall I’m really happy with the result so far and looking forward to revisiting again! Xx

   It was my first time visiting and Buck did a superb job. They took the time to listen and really understand what I wanted, and the quality of the cut was excellent. Also talked me through how best to care for my curly hair and get the most out of the style at home. Lovely relaxed environment. Highly recommend.

   I'd wanted a cut from Buck (or Kaia) since I first learned about their salon, set up to be super inclusive and welcoming for neuro-diverse folks too. They didn't disappoint! It was a friendly and chilled experience, and I'm super happy with the cut and very glad I trusted Buck and their artistry.

   Kaia did a great job with my hair! I expressed what I didn’t like about my existing cut and we made a plan for how to solve those issues. They checked in with me during the cut to clarify my preferences, which made me feel taken care of, and they took their time to get it right. I will definitely be back!

   Buck is an absolutely lovely person. They made sure my experience was as comfortable as possible and would check in throughout the appointment. She helped me out by giving tips and tricks on how to style my new haircut and made me feel more confident for when I leave them. Our conversations were also fun, Karen (the cute little staffy) was also a very good listener! Highly recommend, especially to those looking for a big transformation, and I am definitely going back and bringing my friends!

   Best experience I've ever had at a barber/salon. Buck was very kind talking me through the booking process, and Cayden provided a warm and comfortable atmosphere as I anxiously took the plunge with a super short cut! I felt extremely safe in his hands as he was able to quickly understand and produce exactly what I wanted. he even talked me through styling techniques so I left feeling confident in both my appearance and abilities to look after my new cut! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming, affordable and low stress stylist! I couldn't be happier and will definitely be returning for all my cut and colour needs!

   Had a great haircut and stylish undercut by Buck. Felt so at ease hanging out with him, was like being around a friend even though we had only just met. I wanted to support a LGBTQ+ local business and glad I did, I have sent many of my fellow queer friends his way and they have had the best time and had phenomenal restyles cuts and colour work. Its also refreshing to visit someone that doesn't charge based on gender!
