Took my 16 year old niece for a wash cut and blowdry. She was nervous about having her hair cut as she has had bad experiences at other salons in the past. Chloe the stylist, was fantastic, discussing the cut with her, offering a treatment and providing an amazing head massage. The cut was a hit with my niece (as was the hot chocolate!!!) so much so that her next appointment was booked in there and then! Thank you Chloe and Maison!!!
I went in for an allergy test for my first colour and unfortunately the girl knocked over the bottle and I ended up with the bottle of dye spilled all over my dress. They quickly sprayed water and hairspray all over me and told me to go home and wash the dress immediately also using vanish. Having purchased vanish and washing it 3 times it didn’t fully come out.I understand accidents happen so was very lovely and understanding. However when I returned for my cut and colour, they asked if it had come out and I explained no and had the dress to show them but they did not care, I got a free conditioning treatment which in no way made up for the £100 dress, having to change my plans to walk back through Brighton soaking wet and covered in hairspray, having to buy vanish and washing my dress 3 times. Whilst my cut and colour was fine, the customer service was appalling and having to pay £120 after they ruined my £100 dress is completely unacceptable.
I had stopped going to this salon because I moved to Worthing and felt it was to far to travel. After a few years I realised I could not get the level of cut, or style, that I always received from Louise! So I’m back baby! My hair look fabulous and I’m rockin it! ❤️
Louise deals with My difficult unruly hair and becomes proper glossy hair, lovely and relaxing salon and I really feel I've been to the hairdressers, staff are lovely, alway feel I've been pampered, love coming here...

Very friendly and welcoming salon. Really happy with my hair cut. Would definitely recommend this place.
Because I live abroad some of the year I know how trying to find a hairdresser somewhere is hard. But not if you're looking here because I've been going to these guys for over a decade and always walked out with a spring in my step. Hence with no hesitation feel good about going here.
