    After seeing some local recommendations for Time2Shine, I contacted Trevor for a quote. He requested some photographs and info about the areas that required cleaning and after seeing these he was able to provide a very reasonable quote. He was punctual, polite, friendly, and super knowledgeable, and was especially patient with our loud dog! We had two areas that needed attention; a light coloured rug (or not so light coloured after 5 years of children and dog!), and a very stubborn 2 year-old stain on a bedroom carpet. The rug looks like new, I could not be happier (am considering banning the dog from the living room!). The stain on the bedroom carpet has massively improved, and Trevor really took his time doing his very best with it. He also gave me lots of advice on how to deal with future stains, and a bottle of specific stain remover suited to our carpet type. I would definitely recommend, it's much more affordable than I initially thought, and Trevor really knows his stuff.
