“I honestly cannot fault anyone in the team. Reception have always been friendly and very helpful (and funny!) The nurses we have met have been so caring and the vets we have had consultations with have mostly been brilliant. More than once we have unfortunately needed emergency appointments and we have been seen to quickly. We take our puppy here (who had a very rough start in life and Chloe the vet managed to get her referred to Langford) and we also have had to take our 5 rats here on more occasionsthan I'dlike to admit to! In our most recent visit, Kate (who has always been brilliant), went the extra mile and allowed us to request a specific medication on top of their treatment and has ordered it in for us. We are so grateful for everything they have done and I can genuinely say from our experience, we have never once felt like we have been overcharged for the care/treatment we have been given. Thank you, team...❤️❤️❤️”

“Pet Sitters have recently cared for our two cats for 7 days and the service was fantastic. Our cats are very young and this was the first time we had left them for such a long period. Martin who cared for our cats clearly understands how all animals have different personalities and really listened to our details of their different behaviours. I would highly recommend this service. Martin visited twice a day to check on our cats, feed them and provided some companionship.”

“Everytime I visit the groom room all the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and sweet with my dog. Their grooms are topnotch and the only thing letting them down is their booking system which sometimes slots the wrong times in and they have to move you. Not the staffs fault. Highly recommend”

“Wonderful vets, I actually enjoy going! Grace is so patient with my nervous, reactive rescue and is very happy to sedate him for his own well-being and to reduce his stress (and mine!). She doesn’t just care for the dog physically, but mentally too and is very experienced with behavioural issues. Very reasonably priced X-rays and medication. So glad I found this lovely vet.”

“Being our first visit to this vets both myself and Teddie were a tad anxious. However there was no issues at all. Everyone was friendly and helpful. “The cat clinic is brilliant! Our two kittens are so well cared for by all the staff, who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and totally dedicated to cats. It’s a very calm and welcoming atmosphere, which is great for our kittens, and the facilities are impressive. Surgery, dental, MRI and ultrasound all in one place.
