So am still annoyed at this. This was my go to place to get fresh made baguettes for lunch and the last one bought at the end of summer, had an added bonus of a live bluebottle fly which crawled out of my sealed sandwich. So obviously no lunch that day and the response back from Morrisons was the blue light was working that day and heres 20 pounds worth of morecard points for the inconvenience!!!!! How on earth did a live fly get into a sealed package if not left unattended. As you can tell, still annoyed about it and can't go in for lunch again.

Lovely store. Staff always so welcoming and produce is great. Nice to have the butcher and fish counter still. The Morrisons Radio is a plus! Love a boogie down the bakery section. Fruit, Veg and even the Deli bits are far superior than other supermarkets nearby. Prices are no different to any other supermarket but it doesn't have any feral kids running around causing mayhem and a properly laid out and clean store. Our go to store since moving into Yate.

Nice big store. Lots of parking and easy access. Tidy. Would say the only negative is that everytime I go to the store they never have baskets available at the entrance.

Only for fuel, however the fuel station at this Morrisons had prices cheaper than anywhere at this moment in time £1.60 a litre for diesel not the rip off prices that Cornwall are charging.

Not impressed This morning 21/2/23 Not busy so lady had time to help . Elderly couple on self check didn’t know what they were doing. The lady on checkout spoke to them like they were children saying can you see it on the screen. Well if they did they wouldn’t ask for help . When the couple left the lady said under mask said can’t people see well I’m guessing no and your paid to help not for judging . Very unprofessional and rude

The usual polite service due to the older demographic ie employees who work there. Had a very nice breakfast thank you very much, price and service of the same quality.

Great supermarket, there's a really good range of fresh food and I particularly like the fish counter and all the other fresh food counters that many supermarkets are removing. There is also a butcher counter, cooked meat counter, pizza counter and fish pastys. I like the feeling of freshness and really feel the food I'm buying is as fresh as can be. Staff are also friendly and the shop has a good layout.

Visited yate store on Saturday to get a joint of meat . There was no one at the meat counter so we waited for no less than 20 minutes, in that time other members of staff gave two call outs for the butcher to return. One member of staff even went to inform the manager. But still no one came to cover his post. For this whole 20 minutes there was two very sharp looking meat knives in very easy reach to members of the public, this day and age we need to be very careful about this kind of thing. When the butcher returned there was no apology for his absence, I informed him about the health and safety of the knives, and without speaking he just picked up the knives and put them out of public reach. Then asked how he could help. ( so arrogant )
