“The staff are friendly polite and are always keeping you updated on what’s happening with procedures and checks. Visiting hours are 8am until 8pm which I found helpful for some of the family members who work shifts. The building inside is clean and tidy. Toilets were also clean. Outside is also nice and tidy.”

“The location was perfect, right in the city centre at the beginning of Bold Street. We were given a spacious two bedroom apartment with a nice view of the street. The staff, especially Elizabeth (Liz) at the reception, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. They kindly stored our luggage for free when we arrived early, and even called us at 1 PM to let us check in earlier than the standard time. The apartment was clean, well organized, and the kitchen was fully equipped. At checkout, they also kept our luggage until 7 PM, which was very convenient.”
